Which version do you use? Japanese or Chinese ( or Korean )?
Or does it not matter in the end?

It doesn't matter really where replays are concerned as far as I know.

I'm using the chinese version

Mr P - Do you have a blazingly fast replay of Fuji in the Mclaren (10 laps) ?... I need to shave off 2 seconds pr. lap

I'm not sure where my GT4P memory card is at the moment as I have 4 cards and no maclaren saves on my pc? I will keep looking and update If and when I find one 👍 unless someone else has one at hand
