Is it possible to shift gears with the clutch, with the throttle on?

If you can see, he's using an H-shifter+ a wheel, as when he shifts he goes to N and up/down a gear. Yet for a strange reason, he has the foot on the throttle all the time, even when shifting.
I can't do that with my G27. Maybe it's because it's a G27, and he uses (I don't know, but he may) a diffrent wheel?

I've used the H-shifter on my fanatec wheel without using the clutch.

It's highly likely that the person who created that video is using a Fanatec wheel.

Edit: I've also used the clutch without completely getting off the throttle as well. It appears that the clutch is being used and that the person has found the spot where it doesn't miss the gear when shifting.

I have checked and fanatec wheels are supose to only shift when throttle off
Also, I have checked on every possible rev, every possible throttle touch, but you just can't change gear with even 1% throttle on.

I am aware of that, but ones you engage the clutch, you must use it to shift gears, even in an F1 car. You have to clutch-shift with every car ones you press it, and if you want it off you got to use the shifters behind the wheel

I'm telling you, I've made gear shifts with the clutch and still had 20-40% throttle during the change.

I've tried also, and it dident work...

I've never been able to shift with the throttle down. I have extreme trouble with drag races with the G25 because of how easy it is to miss a gear this way.

👍 Exactly!

I have a G27 and if you use the stick right out of the pits and you trying to shift without letting off the accelerator or you don't use the clutch you will be shot into neutral but all you have to do in order to keep your foot on the gas and not use the clutch is to use the paddle shifter once to shift either up or down a gear and then you use the stick freely without letting off the gas or using the clutch.

If that's what you're asking of course...

I know you can just use the shifter to choose the gear you want to shift to.
But this guy uses his clutch. You can see it as he revs up, while in neutral
