Is the budget thing included for this season?
 
No powell the budget is not for this season, also i would like everyone to pay attention to the OP. It explains my judging system and the judges for this season so that everyone is on the same page.

after a lot of debate, I have decided since we are not under a budget this season, there will be no HP cap, comfort hards, and NO AWD... next season this might change.
