No powell the budget is not for this season, also i would like everyone to pay attention to the OP. It explains my judging system and the judges for this season so that everyone is on the same page.
after a lot of debate, I have decided since we are not under a budget this season, there will be no HP cap, comfort hards, and NO AWD... next season this might change.

Can't promise you it will be every weekend back to back due to the fact that I don't know how my schedule will be but if I can do that I will so prepare to mark days on your calendar.
