To answer the question, of course there will be a GT5... Sony will have to have something HUGE when launching the PS3, and GT5 will be the perfect partner for it.. Wouldn't surprise me if PD are (pre)developing already...

Seriously I'd vote die just on the basis that's what this thread should do. Should there be a sequel? We've already discussed what should be in GT5 so I'd say that's a pretty freaking easy one. Why would PD suddenly stop producing the series? It'd be like EA cutting NFS from their lineup, or Madden. It just won't happen. All we've heard is GT4 is the last PS2 outing of the GT series, so we'll be getting new hardware before we get another GT title beyond 4. How about we just wait and see what 4 is before we start caring?

L1ama, shut up, you aren't anyone special, you're a relatively new member yourself and one who's not winning mountains of respect or praise from anyone. You had a go at Viper for spamming with his 3 replies, ironically in your 3rd reply to the thread... Not to mention the fact that everyone of his calls you've managed to misunderstand, they're not exactly complex, so the more you post, the more you simply underline your own stupidity for all to see. It's in your own interest you call it a day on this one.

I didnt really understand the poll either !!

GT5 - yeah there will be, the game is too good to stop being made !

For me its similair to HALO and the x box, both are huge games !

it always makes me laugh when members bicker on here, L1ama as eagle stated you are a new member so to post like you have posted in here isnt really the best start for you here. Its like a group of friends (GTP members) that have known each other for a while, then a new person (you) comes along and slates one of the group - It doesnt work in real life and its no different on-line.

You'd have a better stay and get more out of GTP if you calmed down a bit.
 
Since GT4 has yet to grace us with its presence, it's not really worth getting into a tizzy about any potential successor to GT4, is it? I mean, it's not like anyone's going to say "I know, I think I'll hang off buying GT4, because GT5 is just around the corner", is it?

So, silly thread spawns pointless argument.
