You beat GT5 and you think of stuff to do, there is stuff to do more than gt4 of course. But you have collected the cars you always wanted, but remember on gt4 you kept doing the same old endurances to earn the same car and extra cr to buy stuff in the ucd or ncd. But it feels the same in gt5 I have most of the cars I want. What else can I do. I do plan on finishing all the seasonals, I do want to collect every car, but only thing about that if I get all the cars then ill be really bored, not gonna rush that. Any ideas?

I revisit old Challenges and A spec races, then I do them with weird cars. So I'm currently using a tuned Vantage V8 in as many challenges as it qualifies for. Over 900bhp, fully tuned for racing it is a beast and will top 22omph at La Sarthe!

you could also join a team, race against the team members, and race with the team members against an other team.

What I'm doing is look for the best cars (with the best power to weight ratio) for specific PP points set by me, to race them on seasonal events and online races.
This gives me a lot to do since there's over 1k cars, and after the choice is made I still need to tune them all.

Not a bad idea, I might bring out a fully tuned Mazda RX-7

That sounds fun

Do you have a list of teams that are recruiting or a certain forum where they sponsor teams?

Not saying the events in GT5 aren't limited or just plain boring most of the time but the main reason I still play GT5 long after finishing the game and collecting all the cars I want (don't bother collecting all Standard cars) and building multiple examples of them is that I enjoy driving them offline and racing them online (even if the events were better and there were much more of them, you'd still struggle to keep enjoying GT5 if you didn't enjoy driving a wide variety of different cars).

I often still build random batches of course maker tracks to try out and keep the good ones (I do wish you could create free roam environments as well though) or snap some pictures and I think it's safe to say I'd spend a helluva lot of time with a livery editor once that's finally added in GT6 hopefully.

there's a list of teams here, I'll try to find it.

(our team, the Powerhouse Racing Team needs members...)

That would be fun, I would spend hours just creating tracks. I will experiment on premium cars and try to create my own setups

I was busy sorry. When can we reschedule?

One thing you can do is to take on a role, go to the dealership and see what the best deal for your role is.

For instance:

1. Young person with fresh license and a limited budget. It's got to be something cheap, yet fun to drive and with a styling that's not too embarassing.

2. Upper-middleclass man in a midlife crisis. Something to make him feel young again (or less bald), but still practical enough to suit all of the family (please think outside of the Audi RS6 box...)

3. Car enthusiast with care for the environment.

4. James Bond.

5. Movie star with a passion for the 1980's.

6. A crazy engineer on a limited budget who wants to build the ultimate offroad machine based on a used Kei car (this one is fun, trust me)

Etc...

Role play sounds like a fun idea. I might be that sporty rich kid from the 80s-90s who always had the latests mustangs
