Nice pics, Drainbread, but try to work with some editing tools to improve your images. And agree with RandomDude19, don't use in-game filters.

Here's two tips: Don't use the in-game filters and work on your composition. Take a look at this to learn more about composition: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=263102&highlight=composition

Thanks. Could you be more specific so I could better understand where you are coming from?

Agreed. By the way, I've noticed your photos getting better bit by bit. Keep on practicing and you'll soon get the hang of photography.

Are you a MST3k fan (I am; love it)?

Thanks for checking out the pics and feedback!

I like the composition of the first shot, but i agree with the others, don't begin with in game filters. instead edit with Photoshop, if photoshop is too complicated for the first use(it takes some time to work with it), try adobe lightroom instead it's alot easier to use:tup:.

Appreciate the visit and response Kalax3! I have a question for you folks because I kind of like the partial color effect in certain shots. Why is using the in-game filter for this effect not as good as using photoshop? This pic that I submitted, used by Shmogt for his tunes, is the partial color effect using only photoshop: http://www.team-shmo.com/Tunes/Dodge/Drag/Dodge-Challenger-70-RT-RM-drag.php . The composition of the shots look pretty good to my eye, though not great in all cases, and this I also see in some of the pics posted by those making the observation that some of the pics could use composition improvement. Ty.

Don't use that effect too much. Like i said, download lightroom and watch this tutorial for example, it has great filters in it. Give it a try 👍

I have an older version of photoshop I'm getting fairly good at using and thanks, I'll check it out. I would have thought resorting to photoshop (or similar programs) would be considered kind of cheating and just trying to get nice shots from the game features would be the way to go but it turns out to be just the opposite.

Nice use of the HDR "surreal" light in this set. Most of the time i'm not a big fan of this kind of setting because it produces a lot of artifact but you've done it very well. The first pic is my fav'. Looks like a painting. 👍

Comments much appreciated Kodje and my fav is also the first pic! Looks real and yet unreal with a little light dripping down the canvas in the back. Ty for dropping by again.

Same thoughts. Usually most people go crazy with HDR and it look super fake and just bad, but these ones managed to go heavy on HDR and just look awesome. I think my favorite set so far.

I did not know you could paint the SP1, but it looks cool. I like the first one the best because you can really see the path of the car. The carbon in the spoiler is so sharp too.

Shots 3 and 5 of the Sp1 are pretty nice and some if the best editing I've seen so far from you. Nice to see an improvement overall. 👍
