Just went back to the Prologue for a sec and WOW, what a totally different game this is now. At least when using a Logitech DFP wheel. Night and day difference in the feel. I guess you just don't notice these little improvements until you step way back and take a peep. Such an evolution over that time.
Shelfing that game for ever. can't go back. Thanks for a better sim PD.
I should complain less.

Yes the answer to your question is...

oh wait. It was just a random thought you had. Well thanks for sharing it. Perhaps put it in your sig or something.

Thanks for sharing this too, maybe you should too put it in your sig or something. :P

GT5 definately has improved, and for the better.

The game is truly the best simulator on the PS3! I have no complaints at all, although maybe a few demands for DLC. :P

However I enjoy every second I play this game! Hats off to PD, they deserve much more praise than they actually get! 👍

Glad everyone agrees. Guess it isn't really a question then is it. If someone had argued, I guess it might have been considered a question. Glad we cleared that up.
Question and answer seems like the best spot to post stuff if your looking for replies and to meet people and spur conversation. Sorry if I offend you. This is where the traffics at and this site doesn't really have a casual conversation lounge for anything goes etc. Mostly pretty narrow scopes that have all been done before. I live here, I consider it like current events since it's the closest thing to it in this forum. I am used to getting scolded for it.

If I had a SIG it would say

"If you didn't do it Clean, then did you really do anything at all"? But I am pretty sure no one else cares what I think....So I don't bother with Sigs

I could add a MY Turismo tracker and could "Prestige" everyone with my progress in the game, maybe everyone is is interested in that.

I just want to discuss things man and meet new peeps. Hopefully not my Mom or a tattle tale. Or God forbid a moderator.

Best post... EVER. Take this and make it the official GTPlanet logo.

Someone's picking up what I am putting down.

That said, still wishing for lots of tweaking to come. Especially in the way the game is accessed. Too much time spent not getting to enjoy that incredible physics/graphics engine.....if you know what I mean. The game could be more about enjoying the driving and less about doing chores.

Maybe I should put that in my sig or something... okay, never mind. ;)

But I agree with the OP completely. When Prologue came out, it felt remarkably like my PC sims, though the cars still tended to bog a bit too much in turns. Then came the Time Trial demo, and man! What a difference, like night and day.

Then came GT5, and I thought it was great, though I really missed that Time Trial demo. I thought the physics were a bit better in it.

Until... I decided to try the Indy Infield track with a 350Z on Comfort Softs, what I had at the time. Woah, nellie! It seems that the physics were there all along, I just didn't notice. I turned off ABS and tuned the brakes so they wouldn't lock, and it felt even better, exactly the same from what I recall.

I do want Kaz to keep massaging GT5 and making it even more realistic, and I hope he can squeeze out just a bit more power from the PS3 without bricking consoles, so he can fix the graphic issues and put even more goodies into this awesome game.

Once again, Happy Birthday GT5! :D
