GT5 In-Game Avatars Displayed Here

I would like to know how some people have a picture of their avatar from inside the game being displayed here.

Like this one.

You have to upload it to a photo sharing website, resize it, then insert the under custom avatar on GTP.

You can do it without using a photo sharing website and a much easier way.

Share the photo online or whatever the option is on the ps3, not online and can't remember how it's set up.

Then log onto you account on the gt website and the photo will be on there and you can then save it to your photo's on your pc.

That's not the best expectation to be honest but its pretty simple. Hopefully Somebody will word this a bit better and send you in the right direction.

No your actual account on the gran turismo site.
You log in using your ps3 account. Once logged in your profile is there and photo's you've taken in photo mode and saved are in a album.
