It's a reference to an MtV awards incident. Taylor Swift won best something award,and during her acceptance speech a (really drunk?) Kanye West took the microphone from her, and gave a big speech about how Beyonce was amazing, and she should have won it. It was trainwreck tv at it's finest. :)
 
Yeah, it just seems to be him trying to post that meme somewhere and using GT5 as a catalyst. Plus, he attacked GT in the process.
