This. Seriously, if people are finding Forza 4 quite as bad as its coming across, they are obviously close-minded and cant see the big picture... I gave up debating the topic a few pages ago though... Defending FM4 in a GT5 forum... You're going to have a bad time..

Thanks for puting it behind a link, but you know people are just going to click it anyway. Even still, the point of the meme (every game but GT5 has premium Veyrons) is most likely incorrect, as I so far know of no game which has modelled a Veyron - or any car, ror that matter (with pCars being the obvious exception) - to the high detail level of a GT5 premium. They may be "relatively premium" as in modelled to the same detail level as all other cars in each game, or just better than a GT5 standard, but they cannot be considered truly premium.

This badly needs to be dropped. The memes are fun, but the debate between the two needs to end.

Both are excellent games in their own way, both have their strong and weak points and damn it I love playing them both.

Exactly that. It's much easier for people to understand the joke with "Premium", then to "looking better then GT5's standard model".

I agree, GT and FM are excellent racing games in their own right and the debate is really dumb and it's gets really annoying. I've played GT since the first one and I played FM1 and FM2 with a friend and the demos in the stores. And I had a great time racing on these games. I'm saving up to get a 360 just for FM soon since I got my new PS3 out of the way.

And besides, if you're into cars, racing and learning about the history of cars and tracks. These are the two top games(console wise) to pick up. Yes I understand that they both have their flaws and areas that they shine in, and where they can improve in to make them a racing/driving experience.

Whilst I agree with the sentiments of this, and I play FM myself, most of the people are just having a laugh. It is fun to criticise forza the same way it is fun to take the mick out of gt5. The think that ruins the fun gt vs forza memes is the people who have to jump to each game's defence. Treat it as a bit of fun. If you don't like it, don't bother defending each game, just click the next page to find a meme you do like...
