That reminds me of someone here on GT Planet who actually did that. Well, he started the 24hr LeMans in an FGT. After a few hours in, realised the mistake he'd made, when it started getting dark, so he paused the game and came here on GT Planet asking for options on what to do.

I know that I suggested that he could make an interesting challenge out of it by getting through the night drafting behind the opponent cars and seeing by their headlights / follow the tail-lights. From memory he just had to abandon the race.

This happened to me for real last night. By fluke, I managed to drift practically the entire final corner in a 2J on the Tsukuba TT. :lol: Couldn't do it again when I tried.

Just to make a point, technically FYI and IMO are textspeak, but what Jordan ment by "no text speak" when he wrote up the AUP is no deliberately lazy grammar. FYI, IMO, LOL, ROFL and LMAO are the only exceptions really and don't bother the moderators to much... but if i was 2 rite lik dis, the mods wouldn't be too happy.

There's no need for him to own up to a triple post, there is already evidence on this very page that he has done a triple post. I'm sure he didn't mean to do it on purpose, but next time please remember to use the edit button. Also, to make another point, if there is at least one hour between posts, then it's not considered a double post among the GTP community.

Totally agree with this meme. After two months of waiting since GT Academy finished in May, all I got about 8 minutes ago was the Nissan Leaf which I don't even want. Come on PD, where's the rest of my cars?
