Gt5 not starting properly

Whenever the main menu starts up the arrow thing does not show up. I can't press anything except the home button.
Does anyone know what is going on?

There have been alot of these types of posts lately.

This may be a network related problem. You might be experiencing a problem trying to connect to the GT5 servers. Try signing out of PSN and loading the game signed out.

If the former is not the case, then your data may be currupted (game data, not save data).

You just have to check your Internet connection, or clear your Network cache.
