You can test all cars in the game, and I'll try to update "leaderboards" so we can have some kind of database here...
You can test stock and tuned cars...

Love this! I'll have to try this later. I just watched the Top Gear where Clarkson got the diesel S-type around in 9:59.

Edit: First lap -2000 Tommy Kaira ZZII - Power 570hp - 1000kg - 7:56.359 (also it's 4WD for anyone wondering, and costs about 77,000Cr. in the Used Dealership if it comes up.)

Yup, but I adjusted the height. I think it's on -5 front and rear. That helps a lot.
Actually, I compete against a friend of mine. He's using pedals and steering wheel, the G27 from Logitech. His record is 6:57:086 with the same settings..that's pretty good driving.
But I'm closing in on him;)

Hope it dos not matter on the bhp.I am going to give this a shot in the ford GT 05 no strip. on 826bhp.

Just thought you may be interested and I am heading for 7:05 next. The lap record is 7:26 but on what tyres? If you believe that any manufacturer would use the stickiest road legal tyre, this is why, like you, I'm lapping the 'ring in std cars.

By the way, I own an S2000 for real, and so far have my lap time down to 9:02 on comfort soft but I know I wasn't pushing it, more enjoying the lap with HUD off etc, imagining I'm there which I will be in the Spring :-)

I need to get my backside in gear then, I've done a 6:35.684 in a Zonda R with all aids off and in manual gears but I was using the default Race:Hard tyres.

I best get cracking!
 
Urgh! Sports:Hard tyres suck! The Zonda R can't put its power down properly, the rear spins up in 3rd on a straight line.

I think I'm going to have to sacrifice power for control. I cant see me getting a sub 7 minute time in the Zonda with SP:Hard tyres, its just too twitchy and understeers so bad.

Watch this space.
