More GT5:P Updates or Faster GT5 Reliease

If the release date is going to be early 09 then im happy to carry on with Prologue as it is. If the release date is 2010 then I feel more content is going to be needed.

any ideas on when the next update is ?
 
I would say the last update should be that one of this fall.
Afterwards only updates to correct bugs or bring things more in perfection.
Then they should bring a full GT5 in stores with the most tracks and the most cars.
Thereafter they still can release updates to add eventually more cars or tracks.
But upgrading with an update from GT5P to a full GT5 with updates is a bit too much...

In the first place the download would take a lot of download volume,
it would be slow, etc.

And in second I like to have something tangible for my money.
If they should update from GT5P to GT5 you eventually also have to pay for it,
and when I pay for it , I prefer to get a 'good' in replace.. not only a 'service'.

I look forward to when GT5P has it's final major update, then we can get some actual GT5 news, I am tired of all the updates and interviews talking about GT5P.

Actually, we do not know yet whether or not Polyphony Digital will charge for an update especially if it includes new cars and tracks or damage.

PD has already given Japanese GT5P players many more cars and a extra track (plus other extra features free of charge). I Highly doubt PD/Sony will charge anything for the upcoming update. We have already payed half (or more in some regions) the price of the full game. Not to mention charging for it will leave a large missmatch of versions for all the people not willing to pay anymore.
 
More updates, as long as those updates are practical to the improvement of GT5 and not just unpopular changes to the online races...
