I am thinking to keep each open for two weeks to allow folks time to enter, since the normal comps and tournament won't be stopping for us. 
To compress the time I can start the next month a week into the previous so that there is some overlap. The poll would go up for two weeks right after the comp for that month ends. Since there is no judging everyone gets to the poll. That should get us done with the comps by the end of September. The calendar should be ready for purchase not long after.
