I don't play with a wheel. I tried a few things last night, and will give it another go this evening with the settings. Thanks.

I don't know if you just saw the 1st link and assume they're all about wheel so, try the last link.

In short words- if you`re using wheel:
deadzone: 0
sensivity: 50%
speed sensivity: 0

This should improve the feel a lot because the "floatynes" comes from deadzone>0 in my opinion.

One more thing ... Steering wheel lock at 540 seems to be just right for me.

I played it for 2 hours yesterday and I like it alot and was doing pretty good until I got to the level with the Lotus Elise at Suzuka and I couldn't keep it on the track (not much difference from GT5 with the Lotus). Lots of floatiness and fish-tailing. I played with the normal adjustments but not the advanced adjustments, got to find those and give it another whirl this afternoon. I ain't giving up yet!
