Why does one car i have loose and another car i have wins. *I play bspec manage my team. I have a car that I fully upgraded and it sucks compared to much lesser cars. The lamborghini race of the g model car. I forget name of car. I upgraded fully and the car has 795hp and comes in 8th if I just let him race. The other cars are all same model but much less hp. How can I loose so bad? It seems the CPU cars are upgraded or something. I don't see how they can be so fast. This goes also for other cars I have upgraded.
*What does the arrow mean next to the drivers name? Sometimes it points up, straight and down.
When driving a race it says you can use up to 2 drivers. what for? I selected 2 and I only saw one car of mine and one driver driving in the race.
when watching your driver race, what is the oil icon for? it's next to the triangle ! *Right above the headphones.
Where is a manual for this game that has everything in it? I don't know what most of the stuff in the game does, is for etc. I need to read a manual for the game.
Is there anyway to set up races to be full length like real life so you have to pit etc? All my questions here are for spec where you are the manager. that's what i play so far mostly.
What does strength and mental strength do/mean? Also that window it has your drivers name and the red and blue bar that the marker moves on. Can someone please explain this and how it affects the game?*
What would cause a car to always be at the max rpm and you have the rpm make a recurring loop noise like it's maxed out in gear? I have my driver drive races and sometimes you hear the motor like it's at the max rpm and just loops. This happens not in max gear, but lower too sometimes. It seems the driver drives much worse when this happens in certain cars. Is thugs because i upgraded the car too much and gave it too much hp or something?
what are all the upgrades for? like turbo boost. What do they do? low rpm, medium and high? Would i want all 3?
What about the engine and exhaust and all of those? How do you know when to upgrade or if it will help or hurt? I upgrade to max hp but it seems the driver is way worse the higher the hp sometimes. Sometimes it seems I have to be more then a hundred hp higher then the other cars to win.*
Why is my driver so stupid yet he's at level 23? He doesn't know when to pass or how unless i tell him sometimes. which is rare cuss i just let him drive without me doing anything. sometimes anyway. My driver gets on a guys butt and touches the car in front when clearly he can pass the car if he went to the side of the car.
When you tell yer driver to pace up, same, or down, what does this all mean and how does it affect the race? I notice pace up sometimes is the only way to get my driver to gain and pass. Sometimes i notice the only way he'll pass is if i say overtake. But then my driver smokes the tires a lot too and fish tis a lot.
When telling the driver to do something it has the timer icon. How long does your command last? If you say pace up will he only increase pace till the timer is done or what? Sometimes in order to have my driver catch up or stay in the lead i have to keep hitting pace up non stop, constantly. but this causes the driver to sometimes do worse. like his temper or whatever goes all the way to the right in the red.
Is it possible to have full length nascar races in spec where i am the manager? or any race for that matter when i am the manager?It royally sucks not being able to pit. That's part of racing.
I notice several bugs like with one screen giving you your cars hp, but another screen is different.*
how often is used cars area updated? does it mater the km for what i think means how many miles are on the car?
how do i know when to do maintenance on a car? like oil change, rebuild engine etc.
Why is it so hard to get cars for certain races? it seems you have to find them in the used cars area or be given one by the computer.*
is it possible to race on easy in arcade and have to pit if the race is long enough? i notice only medium and hard gets fuel depletion option i think.
In the pit strategy window, what is pit stop strength level?
Anyone notice miles driven for cars is broken? I've got cars with over 1000 miles driven yet that's impossible for me right now.*

Too hot will run a crappy bob off the road. Too cold will get Bob eventually passed in a competitive race.
