GT5 Servers Playing Up?

Is it just me or is the servers playing up? Me and my mate keep getting disconnected from lobby's and now having trouble joining?

I think its the PS servers in general. I have had these issues for at least a week now across all games but strangley enough, not GT5.

Maybe a bug or 2 to do with the last system update?

I've been randomly signed out a few times but only when i was on netflix? Dunno, just hope they sort it soon

I've been dropped about 30 times this morning. Still no go. I've managed to get on track in lounge but disconnect shortly after.

Sony are doing maintainence on the PSN servers, oddly enough while we are still using them. .

It would be nice if they made an official announcement when stuff like this happens. Just to save us the trouble of self-diagnosis.

Couldn't join a race a championship race, which before i had no trouble joining. Pretty annoyed at the moment.

I've been having problems all day. Started up my PS3 around 9 a.m. this morning (Pacific Time) and GT5 load times for online service was really slow. no good rooms were listed, so started my own. within 5 minutes my room was full. I was just about to start the race after kicking some noob using a car he shouldn't have, and I get disconnected... FROM MY OWN ROOM.🤬
I reenter the room and I'm waiting for the race to finish. 2 minutes later... disconnected again...DAMNIT *&@%$ servers.
I started another room for F1 cars only(after restarting my system and my modem) No problems for the first race. After the room resets after the race, I can't see my friend on the track...shows him like he's still in lobby. Tried to fix it by changing to another track. Room locks up...🤬 (Throws controller and turns off PS3). Maybe tommorow.
