Trying to download from New Zealand. Got error code 80710092 for the third time. Restarted the PS3 and reset the modem + checked the SCE website and there doesn't seem to be any issues with the network... Help anyone?!?

My download's VTEC just kicked in. 34% to 42% in 30 seconds! Only 13 minutes left to go!

Sad thing is that I live in a relatively large city and this is the fastest I can get at my house.
