Woooooooooo been downloading for at least 35minutes and reached 1%

I wonder, what will all those rain features bring us? Is there a Wet Track option?
 
Can someone please make an online lobbie and tell us what's different?

I personally really don't care for any of these things people mostly report on.

Just care about the new online features.
 
I never played gt5sp? What is that? The hand held version?
 
I'm at work in Sydney and my wife does not understand the need to have this downloaded now ready for play tonight.....aarrrgghhhh ! 4 hours till I get home, you guys are killing me.
 
I think for people who didn't get to watch the new intro because you have your settings for skipping it, once the servers get back online you could watch it in GTTV since it's linked to the online servers even though the intro is stored in the patch, only if you have that option off can you watch it once you've installed it.

At least, that's my take on it.

Sorry but I just loled. Hope this doesn't pain you, but i just fished downloading.

AI is actually being competative now and even starts being defensive and close a gap when noticing you try to take use of it.
The weather I haven't checked yet, but so far as I can tell the physics are improved a good amount. It even feels more like a real car now. Also the FFB is improved along with the physics as far as I can tell.
The G25 drives a lot better according to my dad who uses mine now (since I bought a T500 RS). According to him the FFB on it is far less jerky when going over bumps. And personally I don't hear it make al lot of noise anymore either. He hasn't tried manual shifting yet, so no clue about that yet.

Oh well, it's 5:36 am here in the Netherlands and i'll be bedwardsing to get some sleep if any at all. :P

The Nurburgring 24 hour has the right car class now!
 
Just got in the Prowler.. Wow pretty damn good for a standard. Also practice lap loaded really quick.

There's no wet track option, well, there is an option to choose surface water but... from what I can tell all it lets you do is edit the weather on tracks with weather already. So, if you're hoping for Toscana in torrential rain or Monza at night, I have bad news.

How long did it take people to download this? My is at 15% and downloading for about 15 mins about it says 94 min left.
