GT5 Update Problem

I recently lost all my PS3 HDD data, couldn't restore it so I restored the system. I'm starting over everything & that means having to do updates. My problem is with GT5 update #13, the two times it has gone to install it, I get a "installation error" message, the game data gets corrupted & I have to start over by update #1. Is there any way to fix this or a way to get the update through internet or something similar?

Seriously, please I need help it keeps doing it... I've seen people get on this thread & no one has replied, HELP!!!!! I'm going a bit crazy with this problem...
 
1) Calm down. We all have things to do.
2) Back up your save data and then delete it off of the PS3. Try updating it. If sucessfull, reload it onto your PS3.
3) Backup your entire PS3, reinstall and update GT5. Then reload everything you have on the backup onto the PS3.
