If you're on a tight budget, get a Driving Force GT. It doesn't have a clutch or H-pattern stick, but it'll serve you well for a while until you decide to go towards something more high-grade. I have been using my DFGT for over a year now and it's been doing great so far. The accelerator does squeak here and there though, and the belt drive in the wheel can get a bit loud as you turn it.
Step up from the DFGT is the G27, with a H pattern shifter and clutch. Many people swear by this wheel, I have one myself and can't complain. Up from that is the T500rs, double the price of the G27 but is apparently a lot better.
There are also Fanatec wheels, but I don't really know to much about them. Someone will chime in to let you know about them I'm sure 👍
