I'm just curious about this.
My grandfather is 88 and he is a keen observer. He can't get the hang of driving on GT5 but he loves watching, especially the classics, after a lifelong history in motorsport.
And yesterday I handed over my DFGT to my 3 year old son. I was really suprised at how well he got the hang of steering. He soon learned how the pedals affected the car and when to reverse (yes, the encounters with the wall were inevitable). Then he found the horn and that concluded his first driving lesson, but he is looking forward to round 2 later today.
Suddenly GT5 has a lot more depth to it now I can share it with my family.
I would recommend getting the kids involved, and it can't do any harm later when they learn to drive.
Just thought I would share that with the community, please feel free to share your experiences. Thanks.
