Wednesday July 3rd in Toronto 8PM is the GT5Prologue Tournament for "huge prizes".

Will this tournament be held using controllers or the wheel? If using the controller i'm not interested.

Contests such as this one usually use the controller. When the Rogers event featuring GT4 went through town, a few years ago, they used a controller for the opening round in each city, but they supplied two wheels for the top two finals players. I presume AMP will do something similar, if they don't force the controller on you or leave it as an option.

I went tonight and saw many non-GT players participating. There were about ten contestants in all and I arrived too late to register, so they only let me register as a provisional, in case someone never came back to play. That didn't happen, of course, so they didn't ask me to run.

There are a few more western dates remaining, so go if you can.
