If this is somewhere else sorry, I couldn't find it.

I'm curious as to how many hours a day people play on any given day. For a couple of reasons I guess.

1) To get a broad idea of how much time people are putting into playing / practicing the game.

2) So I can tell if I'm totally insane and should cut back on the amount of time I play. (My clients would probably say I should.) :) One of the pitfalls of working from a home office, my PS3 is right here. :scared:

Really just to see how much time people put into becoming better with the game because it's so much different than GT4.

Umm, currently over 10 hours as im off college... normal weekdays I'm down to a weedy 3-4.

Thats on any given day that I have nowhere to go, I live in a remote location so I'm not out every day, most weekends I'm not on for more then an hour on Saturday.

About 3 or 4 hours a night, through the week and as many hours as I can get at weekends. I tend to do a lot of things at weekends though, sometimes I get no time and other's I can sit in my housecoat for two solid days and just drive!

Those are the weekends that make life worth living. :sly:

I probably play 3-4hrs a day during the week and easily 6-7-8hrs on weekend, but still manage to work and do work on my REAL car and so on :P

6-7 hours a night 3 times a week, usually Monday's, Friday's and Sunday's.

A wonderfull family life 👍 and 2 brill kids :), no need to play anymore hours or days.

That's me, right there. I used to be a truck driver but now I work at home and just do the virtual driving thing  I'd say on a good day I play about 4 hours... on a bad day, maybe 6... I'm sure my missus has it written down somewhere to use as evidence against me at some point in the future.

Maybe an 1-2 hours a few nights a week if i'm lucky. My wife, child, and job take up most of my time. But I'm not complaining, I have a great wife, kid, and most of the time a bearable job.

about 2-3 hours during the day then off to work and 2-3 hours fter midnight when i come back from work. Weekends 1-5 hours depening what ive got on

Are you a shrink?

Mmmm, I'm not even playing every day. I can't seem to get myself to start playing but if I do, I can't seem to stop playing. :scared:

Maybe it's because I don't have many games and only a PS3. I have GT4 and GT5p GTHD, GT5 demo, GRID demo

Sold MotorStorm, sold DiRT, sold resistancd Fall of man.

i really have no idea, but way to much :)
It has gotten so bad that i'm not looking forward to my 21 birthday tomorrow just because it will keep me away from the game ;)

Hmmm............ total during a working week (Mon-Fri) would be somewhere between10-12hrs....... on the weekend about the same. It's all dependent on my wife, who is a flight attendant. She's away 3-4 days a week, but when she is home i don't play at all....... i feel paying attention to her is much more valuable in the long run... angry wife = no Gran Turismo 5 Prologue or Gran Turismo 5 when it lands.

none at the moment!!!(for 2 weeks allready!!)
1:my dfp has finally broken down completaly..
2:couldn't be bothered spending online time with idiots....
3:gta4....

ordered new dfgt wheel and its coming tomorrow/and am a bit fed up with gta4 for now...sooooo
"I'LL BE BACK".....soon!
spyrrari.

about 2hrs a day during the week and maybe 4/5hrs a day on the weekends

I get about 3 or hours in every weekday and about twice that on the weekends.

Which just goes to show, a lot of us really need girlfriends :dopey:

I haven't been putting as much time into this lately as I've been distracted by other racing games, but I have been consistently playing Prologue since December... I'd say I'm easily over 150-ish hours in terms of total driving time at this point.

I really, really wish GT5P kept stats like Forza 2 (miles driven, online wins, hours driven, etc.), but (like previous GT games) we'll likely have to wait for the full release for that feature.

well, I would say about 2-5 hours a day, and almost every day, sometimes even 10 hours a day, but then i share the time, with my Team M8, No1infreestyle..

Dream Extreme

Currently travelling round the world (and finding internet where I can) I am missing GT5P :(

So no hours at the moment.

Cool! 👍

Are you a shrink?

No I'm not a shrink. I'm a designer/photographer so I'm either on the computer or on the board as it were. I have a TV in the office and with the wireless controller, well it's just too easy. :)

2-4 hours most weeknights after work and 8+ hours Saturdays and Sundays...or whenever my wife's TV shows finally come on and I can break away to one of the other TV's undisturbed. :sly:

I have been doing more hotlapping than racing lately. That might change because I can no longer stomach Eiger after running so many laps from the HD demo.

Mostly 2-3 hours a day depend's on work a social life, i would rather play game's than watch TV.

IMO after a hard day's work there no better way to wind down, either driving an F40 around Suzuka or shooting people in the face on GTA4 ;)

Yea, the 599 is a great drivers car to, what a sound it makes. Then the F430 with brilliant handling, I used to dislike Ferrari but just on a game they give a sensation like no other.

For the past month I’d average about 15-20 hours a week but a couple of weekends have been a non-stop blur of racing where my only break from GT5:P is the Formula 1 and Nascar racing on TV. Even then I’ll remain in the race frame just to feel the Buttkicker while the race is on.
My wife’s eyes get sore from rolling them so often.
