GT5P Replays

I'm new to the recording games and i was wondering if their is a way to transfer the GT5 replays onto your computer then post them on youtube or anything like that. I have one recorded but its not good quality: http://qik.com/video/9840870

You can put the replays on your computer, but they won't be videos. Replays are saved as instructions for the game on what to show on-screen, not as video files. To make a video, you either need a capture card or record off the TV screen.
