I seen lots of negative posts and threads, but i thought i'd start one where people can share their positive experiences.

Personaly i was sceptical to GT6 after i found GT5 to be a dissapointment and i did not really plan on buying GT6 so early. However after watching some youtube movies i could not resist the urge to buy it anyways and i bought the Aniversary Edition. And boy am i glad i did.

For me GT6 is what GT5 should have been, and i love it. Better physics, new tracks, new cars, better menus and more interesting career mode, with licences back in the fun, and it looks good, oh and did i mention Goodwood?
Sure it as some drawbacks like choppy fps at some spots, silly AI and standard cars, but i can overlook those simply becourse there is so much new and nice stuff. Enough premium cars so i can stay away from standards as much as i want without feeling i miss out.
And i look forward to new additions to the game.
The biggest change must be the physics, with the cars rolling allot more and driving just allot more realistic. I simply love it.

So if you love the game, share your apreciation here! :D

GT(and many people will never understand or appreciate this) has always rewarded maximum effort and flawless execution. It forces you to improve and when you do, you're rewarded with a prize car or at least an achievement milestone you genuinely feel proud of. Currently, I do not see this in many games. This is something many people either deny or will never enjoy or understand. I've played every GT and that's why I keep coming back.

Love the balance GT strikes between sterile simulation and fun "game" - leaning towards sim (I'll take better physics over better graphics/damage and even AI, hey you get to race online)... other games come off way too arcadey.

Love Goodwood.

Like the new tire model & sounds.

only a couple days in, will be more to come I'm sure.

Huge fan of Goodwood, I wasn't really that interested in it before but there really isn't anything as challenging/satisfying as carrying speed through some of those blind corners.

Also quirks like being able to cover over the passengers seat for a streamline effect turned the Plymouth XNR Roadster from one of the cars I cared about least to one of my favourites, and the El Camino with the bed cover is just awesome.

Being able to get way more power out of cars is also pretty cool, launching fully tuned R35's with NOS is something I'll never get bored of.

Ascari's an awesome awesome track, the Matterhorn elevation changes are insane and a real challenge, Apricot Hill looks great at night, I can't wait to get some base cars when I can afford them etc. etc.

As many faults as this game has, Gran Turismo 6 is also pretty damn good.

PD pretty much did everything they could to improve on the Gran Turismo experience as much as possible. Plus, Ascari's one of my favourite tracks in the game, Apricot Hill is back (which is great), Matterhorn with the LCC Rocket is as good as it gets and my goodness, Silverstone is a blast!

Only three days in, and there'll be more to come, I'm sure.

What i also think is very-very nice is the fact that you can see the times and ghostline of your friends when you do the licences.

Love them blue ghosts, its the best feature of SSX thrown into my favourite driving series! We asked for leader-boards and PD delivered even more. Makes time-trials so entertaining because the fellas I run with are fast and have very distinctive driving styles. Stoked.

The second moon mission is an absolute hoot! I try a different line every time - always puts a smile on my dial.

UI, loading times, physics, new tracks and the animated suspension components are the shizzle.

Yup happy customer here.

I appreciate GT6, that is why I have not resorted to hacking cash. I could do it, it would be so easy to do, but that is not the point of the game. Kaz gets some things wrong, but that does not mean you should walk all over his best efforts.

For me its sounds, which contrary to popular opinion has improved exponentially in GT6 in certain areas, and in other areas its a Sear's product testing facility. Overall though, sound is awesome. I mean I just used the red bull in SSX and it sounds formula one ish, and the GT500 with race exhaust, it sounds like a v8 gone mad! Graphics is another big one, the different ambient lighting makes the colors pop and reflect off each other well (try taking a picture in Goodwood Hill Climb, you'll know what I mean), sometimes when you look at replays or photo modes, you have to slap yourself that its running on a PS3 and that its a racing game, realism pushing boundaries. Physics I laud it as well, having played GT5 which I thought was good, but after playing GT6's physics and suspension model, GT5 is like someone took the trek to Mount Everest and put an elevator to the top, its that bland compared to GT6. I sound like a fanboy but if you really take time to see how far and how much work they put into making GT6 better, you truly start to appreciate it.

I like the visuals they are just beautiful to see. It's on PS3, can't wait to see what is possible with PS4. Load times are improved, buying parts pre race, body roll & tire squeal, all quality things I'm enjoying thus far. Love it...

Well if you can't say anything good then.....................................................

Yeah, the user interface has become allot more friendly. Also being able to remove all upgrades is a big plus for me. Seeing friends times realy makes it so much fun it really sparks the competition in me.
I hope to see the times of friends in the Goodwood hillclimbs later on as well, when that happens i'll really drive the socks of that track.

I personally REALLY like the new engine for handling. I think there is a really good sense of speed and what exactly the car is doing now. Very impressed.

I also thing it looks MUCH better and I actually thing the "tire noise" sounds about right.
