GT6 Master Car List [NOT A WISHLIST]

I think it should stay on the list because we've seen a fully modeled version of the car in videos (the same as the Acura NSX which isn't on the PD car list either). The red cars from the Silverstone launch event should go though since the look like they were there as eye-candy, nothing more.
I still think there is a chance we will see them. It seems very misleading to have cars that aren't even in the game being available for demo drives with GT6 plates on them. Why would anyone go to the effort of sourcing an F10 M5 knowing it wouldn't even be in the game. There are plenty of cars already in the game they could've got instead with not much effort.

I wonder what the first of these four cars will be, I would assume it is like the SLS with no livery. If that is the case then it would make no sense to have a "Base Model" too which is essentially a single colour car with a number on the side. It's a long shot since it would probably have RJN in the car title but could this car be linked to 'that' Nissan advert:

Yeah, you've got a point, that's interesting. Although like you said it might have RJN in the title if it were really that car, but strange if there are essentially two base models...

There sure are alot of Lamborghini now, finally being rightfully represented.

Yep, the Lamborghini lineup looks very strong. No real major omissions IMO. Of course some people want the Sesto Elemento, and maybe we could've used another Diablo (original Diablo, SE30, VT Roadster, SV, 6.0) or Gallardo (maybe a Superleggera model), but it's a very strong lineup anyway.

I don't understand why they can't make all of the variations of the R34 Skyline (for example) Premium, can they not just work off the basic one they have already as a Premium and add/change features on it for each and every model? Like for example, change the wheels, or the badges, or the wing, or add a livery or something. Am I being stupid here?

Either that or just get rid of them. I'm not overly bothered either way, because some of the variations are pretty cool, even if it is a shame they're standard.

^I never got that either. The same could go for the R33 & R32. I'm very sure it couldn't take that long for PD to just modify models they have already made to complete the other skyline models. The same for the Mazda MX-5 miatas or Honda S2000s.

There are still so many cars that need to be instead of include all those miatas why not have all the zonda variants in premium and add like the Cinque, tricolore, HH, 760 RS, R revolucion etc. RUF porsches or singer posches for classics. F12 berlinetta, P1, LA ferrari although it would be harder to get these since they are so new and exculsive. No 918 spyder cuz of NFS...but what about the F type! and the CX 75 concept thing! Also the new M5 and M6. NO more nascar please..the old ones are just like the new ones...include more F1 cars please let there be Aryton's MP4!!!! F1 cars from the 70 80 and 90 would be awesome! Still alot of work to do, I hope PD decides to take out most of the repeating old standard cars and add in the new!! And more aftermarket people like Hamman, RUF, Gembella, singer, and other guys like them.

You just made me realize how messy the Nissan dealership is going to be with all those Skylines, now that standards aren't separated... Same thing with Mazda and other Japanese manufacturers with all the dupes. Would be nice if they organized all the similar Skylines in submenus once you click them -- like R32 GT-S leads to all those models, R32 GT-R leads to all those models, etc.

huge disappointment

where is m5 f10 or m6? no new benz? cl65 amg? cls? ferrari 599 gto or f12? lambo supertrofeostradale? audi rs5?

oh man, can't understand them

I just realized that too. There are going to be entire pages of nothing but Miatas, or RX-7's, or NSX's...

Maybe introducing a search feature in the dealerships is in order. But GT4 had the huge list of cars all in one dealership. I dont recall it being a huge mess.

I don't think they listed every car in the dealership though -- certainly not all those Skylines. I think there were a bunch of them and then the rest were put in the used car dealerships.

Not all, but there were a lot of cars available to purchase. No ucd in gt6 will be the test. Every single car in the dealer is a plus for me.

That, plus they didn't have all of the regional duplicates to triple the size of the Miata lineup. If there's really 10 cars per page in the dealerships, we're looking at over 3 pages of nothing but MX-5's.

If anything, PD needs to reintroduce the UCD, because the casuals will really notice the number padding if everything's grouped together like that.

Maybe, just maybe, they've finally grouped the MX-5/Miata/Eunos together and which you buy is decided afterwards, the same way colour is. That way there will be "only" 11, not 33.

I doubt it though.

^defo. Or even just combine them to one cars, adding JP or EU doesnt necessarily make is different enough to demand 33 different miatas.

Well that would be the best solution but the car list released shows they've gone against that idea, because of course '1200 cars'.

They're carry overs. Its not they are against anything. Theres probably more to it than that. The # count is a selling point in either Sony or PD's eyes. So that count stays high while we get the same car from 3 different regions X however many they do this to. So were stuck with the duplicates but you see people say things like they "only" have 1,000 but gt5 had 1,100. That one-upmanship needs to stop, but who is the one asking for a higher and higher car count?

but who is the one asking for a higher and higher car count?

If you're suggesting it's the fans, I need only point you to the countless comments on here against needless duplicates.

I don't think people want a high car count for the sake of a high number. They want a varied, wide-ranging car list. Not three dozen of the same car.

Nah, I think theres Sony and PD that possibly view the increasing car count as a selling point. So imo its one of the two or both that want to keep padding the numbers. I don't know about official numbers of fans opinion on the matter, but it would be interesting to see if buyers of the game find the # of cars a major reason for buying the game.

I noticed PD made a slight mistake with the Diablo GT2, they called it the "Diablo GT2 '98", when it should really be called the "Lamborghini Diablo GT2 '02"

This is the 1998 GT2:

And this is the 2002 Diablo GT2 (The beast one featured in GT6):

Nope, that second car is the 1998 Diablo GT2... or is it? The internet doesn't seem to know the difference between the two, but looking at the Lamborghini Museum website, they state that the 1998 Diablo GT2 Prototype is among the cars to be seen. And considering the image above is a Diablo GT2 in the Lamborghini Museum, it's a safe bet that that's it.

Or is Lamborghini wrong, too?

The trick is that they're both actually the 1998 Diablo GT2. The pictures were just taken at different times and with different aero packages.

I don't know if anybody noticed this.. but there's a premium version of the Sauber Mercedes C9 in the trailer (behind XJR-9 and 787B).

I think it is an example of improved standard like Toyota 2000GT, Fiat Punto or Nissan EXA from this picture. However "the list is subject to change" so who really knows?

Punto and EXA are probably standard cars but 2000GT is now premium car for 100%.
I'm pretty sure, that ALL cars from the trailer are premium cars.

This is a very crappy car list. 700 cars of that list were also available in GT4, 300 in GT5, so now we get 100 new cars and some of them are just the same model as in in GT5 but only a different year or version. Where are all the new brands like Koenigsegg, Wiesmann, Zenvo, SSC, Bentley (street cars), Rolls-Royce, Hulme,... And why not more different types of cars, like limo's (Jag XJR, Merc S65AMG, BMW 760i, Audi S8) and SUV's (Range Rover Vogue SC, BMW X5 Le Mans, Merc G65AMG, Lamborghini LM002)? Maybe they are not as good to race with but they are cool and fun to watch.
Because of this list I will not be buying GT6 and that's the first time in the GT history that I'm not going to buy the game on it's release date. I'm so disappointed in PD.

28 European manufacturers on this page with two more pages to go.

Every L1/R1 tabbed page I've seen completely replaces the contents of the first page with new content on the second page rather than leaving a proportion of what is on the right ride of this screen on the left side of the next screen.

If this is the case then it means at least another 28 manufacturers on the second page and at least 1 on the third page. There are only 16 more in the car list that I can see.

Mercedes-Benz, MG, MINI, Opel, Pagani, Pescarolo, Peugeot, Renault, RUF, Seat, Spyker, Triumph, TVR, Vauxhall, Volkswagen and Volvo.

Anyone see anything I've missed or are there 13 European manufacturers still to be revealed?

I'd imagine the tuners make up some of those if there are any(?)

Whining and complaining about doesn't really work that. Goddammit. You maybe know about cars like Renault R8 Gordini or Alpine A110, don't you?..... Or you are a really good expert about hypercars like Koenigsegg or Bugatti, am I right? :dopey: Anyway simply just don't buy it. Buy another games by your liking.:sly: Keep your madness for yourself. LOL. I am so tired of this bunch of kids that always complain about why F12 and P1 isn't in the game. (Sorry, I am in a bad mood). :ouch: Both of the cars are new. And it takes 6 months to model 1 car.
Better have new cars than nothing. I am happy that some of my cars I wished but also many cars that simply I didn't knew they will made it through the game.
