Dude, you're so wrong here. It took 6 years to make the 200+ premium cars that are in GT5, and now all of a sudden you think they can make the same amount of cars in only 2 years?

Even if we take the six month per car figure, it works out that six years means PD only have about seventeen people working on the cars. 200 cars in two years would require fifty people, at six months per car.

I suspect PD have more than seventeen people working on the cars at one time, and that number is probably closer to fifty, whilst the time per car is probably less than six months now.
 
Why would anyone believe a random website for release dates of anything? What do you think happened, PD called up this website and gave them an exclusive?
 
Ok surprising to me is I actually got an e-mail back from Wojciech Antonowicz "Its as definite source as others got. We do not have any special information about it." Not too inspiring but is all I really expected.

To the people stating that it is a picture of a GT4 logo with the 6 edited in, what would you rather them do with a game with no cover? In this respect Grid 2 which is also on the site to release in 2012 just has a picture of the original Grid title with a 2 underneath it and it is already confirmed. I am not saying it is truth just that it has a possibility of being true. All new new's start's somewhere.
 
Hey Nish280z I know you've been watching the site along with me since I started this thread. Guess what the whole thing has now been removed from the site !!!

I find it odd that there was a leak from Sony France earlier in the year to say that there would be a game revealed by PD in early 2012, remember this was a leak not an official announcement, they only decided to make it an announcement after it was leaked, but then the awful earthquake in Japan delayed production. Now we see GT6 being shown on a gaming site with a release date of 2012.

I don't wish to start a conspiracy theory but it does seem very odd that every game on the Gamepressure site has been announced or is already in development apart from GT6. I sense something funny going on call Mulder and Scully !!!

Hey! I´ve been following the site as well. You´re right, the thing just got removed. Probably by two reasons:

1. Sony or PD told them to remove it because is false information. (the most logical explanation)
2. Sony or PD told them to remove it because it´s something that can´t be disclosed just yet.

The whole site is removed. Sony's being rude.
 
It's not just GT6 that is down, it's their complete encyclopedia section. Also sent another e-mail to see what's up with the link and if the whole encyclopedia has been deleted or relocated.

Woudltn be surprised to see GT6 out in 2012.......GT5 was a revolution which is why it took 5 years to introduce.......GT6 will simply be an evolution of GT5. all they need is a program to filter all the cars and make them look better. Plus they'll think i new gameplay features etc....

It doesn't look very legitimate to me. It's a 5-second photoshop of the GT4 logo and a vague "2012" release date, which is almost certainly just (inaccurate) speculation.

Unless that cached version is missing something; it is 5 days old.

I´ll get out of tipic, but it´s curious to think if PD will implement the Standard-Premium thing again. My bets are that whenever GT6 is released, it will have a good 500 Premium cars and no Standards.

I hope you are right but I think Kaz has some big problems to let his "old babys" go. So for me it seems like he will keep them forever. till each of them is converted... Standard cars on a PS4, that would be really curious...

I mean c´mon, even for the PS3, the standards are a shame... Look at those mega blocky pixeled ones... Yeah I should not use them if I dont like them and so on... And yeah I use them... But PD has gone a really really strange way with the standars that it seems like only PD is able to do. I cant imagine other game developers could do that and the gamers would accept it...

Where would we be if Hideo would implement PS2 enemies in Metal Gear Solid? Old pixeled FIFA 2005 kickers? GTA San Andreas graphics in GTA V ??

Yeah, you´re right. to be honest I would miss some of them too. I hope PD finds a good solution rather than eliminating them.
 
No way GT6 is coming next year on PS3 under current pressure they have.

FM4 just came out and it is awesome, GT5 is great but it has lots of flaws and needs improvement. So, instead of bringing a new game, which I believe HAS TO BE better than the current one they need a better hardware (PS4) and fix all the problems in the current game to eliminate them from the coming GT6.

And here we come to this, GT6 and PS4 are very likely to be coupled and this is good because we currently have a very good game to play and it's lifespan just started :)
