Only issue there is most are FWD, I am thinking a little more rudimentary and RWD. Let's say a small championship at Goodwood, Brands, Oulton park, Thruxton, Cadwell Park and maybe toss in oddball places like the old Oran Park and Amaroo park. There we go, 7 tracks, smallish, low to medium powered RWD fun mobiles. Can't lose surely.

OMG look what I dug up, I think the last race at Amaroo Park, 5 litre 500HP V8's around a go-cart track.... hahahaha. I may need 5 minutes alone after watching this.

Apart from the “varied standards” at TM it’s so far being relatively ok results wise a few top 3s and 7s mean I’m gain DR in these A/A+ lobbies

How are these determined? Curious, as not sure if scoring relative to single player stuff and event completions or online things...

It’s calculated by the events entered across Online time trials racing QT time and results.

Nothing to do with single player stuff.

Not gonna lie I enjoyed this, just 4 lonely laps!

I can convert a pole occasionally @NevilleNobody :) and an A lobby

Back in the non alien world 🤣

I managed to get my optimal time down, did slightly better than I thought it would end up, here and there I gain massively only to scrub it off again so sure there is thousandths to shave off 😁

This should see me through the week,

Great site.

Going to be cyberstalking seeing what the hell happened to KCR while I was gone, and maybe seeing where I need to be before I start racing again.

More than happy to help, for T1 in race the Marshall is still there so typically brake just after passing him.l by a few car lengths. The shadow is still there it’s behind the bill boards but you can just about make it out.

The other marker I use is the wall turning to Armco on the right hand side I think I brake a fraction before getting to it.

I did share my lap in game btw if you want to follow the ghost or just look at the replay from different cameras.

Bit of a noob question after 1400-odd hours in the game, but can’t find your replay? I found you on the leaderboard but video not there, so I’m assuming it must be available somewhere else?

Search for GTP or add me as a friend and then look at my feed.

In showcase search for a certain track and replays. Mark it as “collection” it will then be available to watch from “my items/collections” and loadable as a ghost

Found it, thanks! (Was looking under daily races not the qualifying!)
Got down to 2.01.7, .2 optimum, which is highly frustrating but there you go. I’m not consistent enough.

I love these races, put us in cars with no grip so we slide around an oldschool circuit and it brings the best out of this game

Yes it was very fun as the car boat-like slidey habits make you judge corners that much more tenser, and I saw you catch me on the straights once you got a good exit out the chicane on the 1st lap!!!
 
I actually did some racing. Did four race Bs, as this reverse track is one I tend to gel with.

The first 3 races were great. Had some really clean, close racing with those around me but I couldn’t managed to pull out a win.

2 —> 4
1 —> 2
2 —> 3

Then I came to the fourth race. As we were preparing to start I’m thinking to myself that this will be the race I’ll probably come last. It wasn’t quite that bad but this one was chaotic. I was getting bashed left, right an center by the cars around me. Terrible driving standards. In the end, I still managed to come top five, but that was more by luck and tenacity than anything else.

2 —> 5

It’s amazing how one race can ruin your mood. I called daily race B quits.

Tale of two halves tonight, forst two races were utter filth, worse two rooms i have ever been in, just insanely bad driving with pretty much everyone doing the side contact thing.

Then two races where three of us cleared out and had great battles, managed two podiums.

I need to improve my qualy, I have figured out the Genesis so will try and get into the 2.01's. I keep making errors both on qualy laps and in races that cost me. My livery for the week is the 2003 KMart Commodore.

Seems like the Huracan has made its way to be meta at TM. I don't care much, I'll stick with the G70 (livery is in working progress). The Lambo btw is waaay easier to drive trough the final esses, whilst with the G70 is hard work there. Anyway I correct my self, in the last esses I was leaving not just 0.3 sec, but 0.5, taking it easy. Now down to a 2:01.273, ready to tangle with some Lambo from this evening on.

I started with the G70 and today found another half a second pretty easily with the hurrican. It's definitely more stable but loses on the straight. G70 might be better in the race
 
Hate to sound like a bitter granny but found something new to complain about.... Metallic liveries! They are so distracting and practically blinding when the car ahead has a silver livery and the sun hits the boot! Honestly could not concentrate 🙄 🫣👵

In the races I were in, the G70 dominated the field. The Hurricàns mostly crashed into walls… or me.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Hurricàn drivers are complete Luddites with all the driving skill of a gorilla.

The Lambo is on the edge at almost every braking zone, especially the one at the end of long strait. If in the wrong gear, it doesn't want to "exit the corners". It's particularly week at "Banky TM" exit. So, even if meta, I see many being fast on a single lap, but inconsistent on a series of several laps.
