I also follow a few of you (you, Barney, BBR, Neville, and technos identities) you can see the full profiles (races results and actual DR in real time)

Well holy moly!

Started the Nurbs P6 got a .5 track limit got dive bombed in the chicane because I’d had a penalty, 2 people decided to make T1 3 wide 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I started the race with full SR

Oh boy is this a fun car to drive. I love it handling. Also I’m somewhat better on wheel than controller :D
Totally agree. With the pad I couldn't even take turn 1 in 3rd gear... whilst I'm taking it in 4th easy peasy now (I use 3rd just as engine brake when needed at t1 and after Bus stop). I think we're among the small minority liking race A. Less than half car behind for now, @TheNormsk, with an ideal of '20.1 wich I'll try to confirm tonyt. And yes; really wondering why DR is off, since PD was on a good pattern lately. Seems that the useless supervisor of Dailies department is back from holidays.

I have a theory on this…

1: it’s probably not going to be massively popular so this is to draw people in risk free (plus the combo can be very tricky)

2: the other 2 races will be either close (contact racing, Nurbs) or full of track limit pens so will hit SR hard potentially, making race A attractive to farm SR again may increase player numbers.

Just my thinking on it.

Won't be an easy week at Red Bull, still quite inconsistent over a period of laps, with +/- 0.3s in sectors and not always spotting why. But at least, getting used to the handling of the Lancer. Will try my hand at Race B but previous experiences of the short circuit are bad memories of constant wreck-fests....

Has it changed? Anyways... here is so far Race C in terms of lap time...

Disappointing if true. Both from the developer's and the player's point of view.

Talk about doing things for the wrong reasons.

Pure Speculation on my part.

Nurbs isn’t as busy as daily Bs typically anecdotally.

I could see the rationale behind that sort of decision but the constant it’s off it’s on it’s off it’s on it’s a repeat etc makes it doubly annoying

Finally managed to get some time on race A and a 1.21.015 is a good starting point, I’m very high B so that’ll be a good place to race this weekend once I pull into SR S (he hopes)

Boy it was rough and tumble stuff at NGP last night, guys are very impatient, was turned around in 2 of 3 races but managed a podium in the other. Got both the G70 and GTR down to 207.6 but the GTR feels much nicer to drive so will stick with that. I need to find another half second I reakon, that is doable if I nail it. I am not at all comfortable though, struggling to tuck my nose in and maintain mid corner speed.

It's a very different track on a wheel vs a D-Pad, when i say D-Pad i mean using the directional buttons. Biggest difference is I can now use MT which really helps at turn 6 where the AT refuses to change down and i'd get eaten alive there. Turn 7 though, I was a demon through there and now all at sea, I cannot decide if i should go narrow or wide, brake earlier or a touch later to square it up, lost all my reference points there. The track limits at Turn 4 need to be tightened, bit of a farce right now and I am very fast through the final chicane compared to my peers. TBH a bit lost though, 2nd guessing myself under brakes rather than attacking the corners.

I find myself uncomfortable also! Thanks for the tip on the GT-R, I'll try that, as the G70, is a little weird on the track for me! Or it's me, I was having a go at the WRX, felt fine in the corners. 7.8 though more time to find

I'm no Prime to guide, but for T7 my tip is to trail break as late and as deep as hell (with late reduction from gear 3 downto 2). This is where you really can gain especially defending position but also for good lap time.
