Anyone who likes road cars really needs to give Daily A a go. I've spent the last stretch spamming it and that Ferrari, those tyres and that track are a great setup. Car is a handful but controllable, and with both ratings in I've seen more clean and attempted clean racing and moves tonight than in the last 10 GRwhatever races I've done in dailies. First the FFs a couple weeks ago, now this. Great combos. I've passed inside, outside, switchbacks, been done about with all of those as well. It's a good one.

Good to be back and even spotted an old friend on track too, even though I couldn't catch up to him during the races. Was nice to see you again @Stephan

Hopefully one of the spec 3 improvements to the Sport mode is to make it a better balance between these road car races and the Gr3/4s we get every week.

Race A is a solid combo but my God, the understeer on that Testa (and a whole load of other MR road cars) is genuinely horrible. I don't usually call for physics updates but at this point, I'm praying for one to come with the Dunlops.

Yeah the Testarossa Daily Race is alright and it's nice to see you too. At this point you're more likely to see me do Daily Race A than others because honestly I'm having more fun with Race A in general especially if it's a road car whether it's tunable, loaner, or a one make.

As soon as I figured it out that I get more power on the 1st hairpin exit by short shifting to second, it was where I was in for a decent week though I'll have to improve my qualifying time to at least 1:18.7 or lower if I want to ensure that I'm in a decent starting position.

I will say I'm having a good time with the 'Rossa when it comes to standing starts.

This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:

Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races: Head Hunter

With a new GT World Series Exhibition Season almost upon us, there’s also a fresh set of Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races available that offer a chance to boost your Driver Rating and get into a higher-scoring League with bigger rewards on offer...

Race B is going to be hard going this week I think, after Spa and some great racing this week seems slow and very lethargic going, hopefully I’ll settle into it.

Going to have to mix it up as well I think with some scirocco and cayman

Definitely interested in that Testarossa one-make! I’d love to try it today but it’s awfully windy today and I don’t wanna risk losing power. Otherwise, I do wonder if I ought to turn on TCS a little for the launch?

I know it's barely been 12 hours since the switch to the new Dailies but.... Still happy (so far) 😂

Well just do the best you can from the skills and knowledge you already know about trail braking, cornering, etc. Have you tried the Willow Springs race yet? Maybe you'll get entertained by that. But of course, it's up to you what you decide to do this week. Maybe use a mixed variety of cars in the Group stock races and even see which car gives you the best results. Take care and have fun.

Me too, but with Race C.

First race P8 to P7, second P8 to P2, third P4 to P1 😁:-

17 laps keeping it out of the sand is hard work! Been starting on RH tyres, then switching to RMs end of lap 9. However, in this race I spent 7 laps with the guy who finished in P10 flashing his lights at me, albeit he wasn't near enough (or fast enough) to pass.

At the end of lap 7 he lunged at me at the final turn, and took us both into the pitlane! I changed to the medium tyres, but he had to take on hards - he stayed in P4 for a few laps, but was dropping further and further back with each lap, and was the only one to finish with a red SR.

This one took me back to DR B too, so I suspect it will be my last win this week 😂

Here's this weeks guide! Solid week this week, some more fantastic racing possible!

Was waiting for this Mate since 8 & 1/2 hours. Always look forward to Your lap guide & now racing even. Amateurs like myself can learn so much from You.

Looking for a good Gr.4 car at Maggiore for pad-players (according to the relatively current thread and video about pad-disadvantages).

If i may use a screenshot of the document about pad-disadvantages:

If this is valid, i am really surprised and impressed. Surprised, because everybody told me that they became about 1second better, since they started using a wheel.
Impressed by the creators of gran turismo to make it that equal. The margin is like nothing, except for the A+ drivers, maybe. On the other hand, blue moon racetrack isn't the best track for such a comparison.

Edit: i just saw they claimed "alfa 4c" the grippiest, now i have trust issues 🤭

I know it’s only Monday, but my current best qualifying time for Race A is 1:19.458, placing me just barely outside the top 500!

I didn't race at all last week on Spa and I still feel like driving in slow motion on Lago Maggiore
