If I remember correctly you have a chance to win that car from the earlier menu books, but isn’t a guarantee I think you could also win the Honda Civic Type R instead? So if you don’t win it there then I think you have to wait for it to come up in the UCD or win it from a roulette ticket. I don’t think it’s a car you can win from licenses or missions but I haven’t completed all the mission after human comedy.
