Since the SPEC III update, I've been experiencing disconnections with my DD Pro with QR2.

I had never had anything before the Spec III, and yesterday 5 times in one hour.

Is anyone else having the same problem ?

Is it your game and wheel that's freezing ?

Then the force feedback becomes very weak or I completely lose steering, I can no longer turn and I can no longer change gears, but the pedals still work!

For me, it's simply a connection problem between your base and your QR code. Loosen the ring, remove whatever goes into your base. Put it back in. Tighten the ring properly. Sometimes the tightening ring loosens a little with the vibrations.

It would be a coincidence that this happened right after the update, but it's possible!

I've only had the QR2 installed for a few months, but I'll try pushing the shaft back in a bit and tightening the ring !

Morning folks,

Tried the Mines again but no improvement, not even close.
After a few serious tries on this combo i come to the final verdict, i realy don't like it ( @Vule , sorry, i realy wanted to give it a fair chance, i know, i'm kind of late with the statement :lol: :lol: )

And this kind kind of burned me out, Spa i can't realy be bothered with as it is a GR1,.
The Espace F1, what a car and Yas Marina.... such a beautiful track, all those artificial lights... stunning made digital!....but.....
now i ran this track with this TT and it's other challenges i kind of can conclude that it's just beautiful...., for me, trackwise?.... it's kind of bad, maby it's realy ented on F1 or mega high downforce but it just isn't that great track i wanted it to be.

So I have 3 timetrials that i don't like that much, and a powerpack that i expected way more from in terms of Sophy 3.0.....
I think i'll leave the trials as they stand for now, and hope for a good one on thursday what "un-burns" me a bit.

That means alarm clock change and sleep like a baby! :)
 
For some reason, Spa wasn't connecting with me yesterday - I still am plenty safe in gold with a 2:00.5xx, but I know I've got a faster time in me (by easily several tenths, if not more), I just could not manage it last night. There's still that whole perception you need to push through on Gr.1 cars to go faster than you think because the downforce will actually allow the car to stick and turn, versus going slower and going way slower as a result.

Still, because of said downforce, I was able to run on TC0, which is a rarity for me, though I did turn on CSA towards the end just to try and safeguard me a little bit in a couple of the lower-speed spots where it tends to spin out if given too much throttle.

Because of my annoyance at my time, I probably will go back at it sometime before the expiration, when I'm feeling it more.

A little late on the Espace Time Trial, but managed to do a good lap!
That car is a handful to control, haha. P17 in the world - for now -, happy with it! :)

Wow you make it look so easy! I needed 25 laps on this to post a clean lap! 😁

Bet you’re gonna tell us next this is on controller? 🤣

Believe or not, it is. :) If you see the acceleration inputs, i'm always 'clicking' - especially on the slow corners, it looks like a rapid heartbeat.
Unfortunate that my final corners are atrocious - don't if i used 3rd gear more if i would be even faster.

And with no buttons in my face :) Just the default controller configurations, 10 on sensitivity and weak on throttle effect on the accelerator and brake. The rest is training!

7% again, had a void 1:53.2 which was irrelevant but was good for morale as it couldn't of been a violation by much. Getting back to where I was a year or two ago now.

Thinking the same thing, how I was getting pulled for limits and this lap doesn't is beyond me🤣
 
Something is not clicking for me at Yas Marina. It will be my worst result for a while as I'm not going back to it.
