I had 3 further sessions at Spa last week. For the first 2 i turned the VR HUD of and just drove. Not much of an improvement with 0,1s.
Yesterday i went a bit more serious and found a small improvment here and there. In the end i finaly reached my sub 2:19 goal:

I can't imagine how you guys do those 2:17 laps! Absolutly alien!

Entered the gold zone at AP 😁 , so close to touch the 04s... kind of miracle lap though because I was doing low 06s.

Following @Vule's ghost as usual lately, he has the good taste of being in my friend's list (he's not responsible for that, sure), but more importantly he logs a top 10 times very often, so it is very convenient to pick a ghost 🙏
Well done, I'm still in silver with .06! Struggling to get any faster.. Question though, I'm seeing peeps using kitted out Bimmers, are we allowed to use cars with tweaked suspension?

No, the settings are fixed, but the visuals are not (livery, wings, bodykits etc...) Note though, if you 'wide body' a car, you won't be able to use it in the time trials.

Speaking of prizes, anyone in here managed to grab anything from last Hyundai challenge at Nordschleife?
No, but weren't we supposed to get Polestar 5's from that TT that happened months ago?

I had to buy my own for a weekly challenge a few weeks back, so that'd have been nice if we would've already gotten that...assuming I'm not just misremembering, but I swear it was for anyone who participated...

In retrospect, when I did the time trial at Spa-Francorchamps with the 911 GT3 R '22, I felt like the first gear was a lot more useful than on most other Gr.3 racers I've driven, especially at the first hairpin as well as the last chicane. I would imagine it's due to a longer first gear ratio?

It’s also got a lot of mechanical grip with the engine in the back and all the power is at the top end so perfect car for 1st and 2nd gear shenanigans!

I didn’t make it into the 2:16s at Spa but I’ve given up.. was a good lap besides a slightly suspect entry into Pouhon (no idea why I found it so difficult) but the rest was pretty pretty good so I’m pleased with this.. hopefully holds for another top 100 whoop whoop!

Crazy fast lap!

At the first intermediate i'm only 0,1s behind. But from there i'm loosing 1,7s!
From the video i can't see how your lap is so much faster than mine. It even looks like you have a little slide into Pouhon, which probably cost you one or two tenth.
Besides that i'm taking the same line like you, but only slower as the clock tells.
Think i have to go again ..

But again: great lap!
