🤣 I am 0 % surprised. Thanks for giving me a reason to return. The next guy for me to catch in my league is 15 hundreths faster, that's almost hopeless. You and @bigfluffy888 on the other hand are still within reach ;)

Funny that you consider a 37.901 a "terrible S1" when I only ever had two faster S1s than that. I guess S2 is by far my best sector because I still had multiple 1:16.3xx splits. S3 on the other hand is by far my worst, where to this day I struggle to go below 43.2 seconds.
 yeah high .7xx as fastest seen until now on S1, if the feeling is good i am at multiple low .8xx's per session but the problem is .... the lap is longer than that , S2 isn't my strongest at all..... you mentioned already a .2xx split.... lowest i had this morning was a low .4xx. and then you got S3 left.... well i guess 1/10 or something of nailing that, so having that combined with the rest is almost impossible.
I think IF all would be spot on i technically good run a low 59.3 but i think not realy more than that.
You on the other hand.... a .2 split will get you into the 59.2's for sure

Go get it buddy, :lol::bowdown:🫶

I know you'll hit a .2xx or something on your next efford but i am celebrating for as long as it lasts :lol:
Terrible S1 though with a .9 but somehow had lots of speed out of the last corner.

Uuuh.... we have to have a serious talk @bigfluffy888 , it's getting annoying now :lol:, you are like constantly faster now
well done buddy!..... damn maternity room/breathing-ground for aliens here......

Ah thank you šŸ˜‚ as always chasing you, @crome and others here is definitely helping me improve. Getting a workout for sure!! ā˜ŗļø

Also, I straight-up noticed that I had been shifting the Impreza incorrectly this whole time… shifting up at about 6800 - 7000 rpm was worth a couple tenths for me last night ā˜ŗļø and staying in 5th for the T1 run-up helped too. I knew I had to capitalize on a solid T1 yeet šŸ’Ŗ

I noticed that the #1 replay was actually shifting down at 6500...most of the time. I've been shifting at 7k myself, but it seemed like last night, 6500 seemed faster.

But I wasn't faster, so maybe it isn't? Who knows!

Indeed, getting any amount of engine braking that the car allows, will help. Interesting point as I may not have optimized in this area… I’ll need to check that next session ā˜ŗļø

Alright friendos! I’ve got a very narrow window to give them a go and unfortunately not very well so this was a struggle! Unlike @bliprunner I have a lot to hide! CSA strong and ABS weak for me, I don’t have time to wrestle the beast with the ridiculous weight transfer of this car..

Really the only reason I kept trying today was that bonnet bulge in VR, dreamy šŸ˜

200 miles at Tokyo and I improved...1/2 a tenth, down to a 1:55.844.

I had several more tenths in the lap, but a car unwilling to allow them. Hehe Oops, I understeered. Or, even more fun: Hehe Oops, I didn't understeer when I always do there, making you hit the inside wall.

Obnoxious.

Wait a minute, this says you're in Wisconsin! Aren't you central time aka 1-hour before me?? Must be living the good life needing morning coffee at near 10:30 AM on a Thursday lol. I have done exactly 3-work related things this morning and its almost lunch... 0-dials too :banghead:
Tea comes first. I am originally British after all! Then coffee mid morning then again mid afternoon.

You could say I’m a TCC guy. 🤣

Let's just see how they implemented the wall riding invalidation in turn 2 this time :)

As for me, I didn't really have a proper chance to try these new TTs, just one session yesterday with the S2000, tried it for the first time on the last day, not a bad result I guess

I'll go for the Subaru next probably :)

Finally, I've been hoping for one at HSR for a long time now!

I've raced all of my cars there (stock and then as I've modified them) to keep a running tally of how they stack up - the ideal track, since laps aren't that long and I am incredibly familiar with the layout, having been racing this since the first game in the series.

And having it be in the Camaro? Even better (though I may be biased, as I currently own two in real life, and a third one was my first car  )! Hopefully it does not disappoint.

That's fighting talk. Good luck.

Not doubt I'll put in what I feel is a near perfect lap and find myself in the high thousands placings.....

I was looking replay from Italian who was second - that driving doesn't have any likeness with RL.
Driving line too, it's just not right!

But I will drive normal racing lines with normal gears - if will be enough for gold good, if not, okay too...

Love Tokyo Expressway East, both clockwise and counterclockwise. Nailed the time settings too, finally...! The car was a bit of a understeery handful around here, probably would've felt better elsewhere to be honest but all in all I give thumbs up for the combo.

The results for TT192 at Tokyo Expressway - East Counterclockwise in the Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo are over here. I have updated the opening post with the index of all TTs and the second post with the community scoreboards. A reminder that each driver's results for every TT are in the Excel file attached to the latest results post.

Here are some interim statistics for TT193 at Sardegna - Road Track - A Reverse in the Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STi '04.

Ran a ridiculous amount of miles to get this lap, 350+🤪.

This is the first time I've seriously hot lapped this track. Literally the first 200 miles was spent working out the lines in the mid section, and the steering angle for the final left sweeper.

Weak ABS utilised.

I can definitely net a mid to high .4xx, but will need at least a couple of days break from the game after that brutal session, my eyes hurt!
