Here are some interim statistics for TT193 at Sardegna - Road Track - A Reverse in the Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STi '04.

I am surprised by the current difficulty ranking of this TT.
I find that this type of combo, the speed achieved, leaves enough time to prepare for the next turn.
I imagine that many have stayed in Tokyo and that things will change this week.

It may be a feeling but either I regress, or the overall level rises.
I manage less and less often to maintain myself at 1.50% of the WR and even less at 1%.

Tested the Camaro, I find that the lack of a rev counter is quite annoying in VR.
I feel like we shouldn’t wait too long until the 4th gear, then longer insist on the last gears.
Well, I enter the club. 06.XXX, but I don’t think I would do hundreds of laps to get tenths of seconds.

Frankly, I admire your ability to find all the keys in the first hours of a combo (whatever its kind), to edit and upload a video in such a short time... all this with a baby Tidg at home.

Haha cheers :cheers: playing GT most of my life has probably led to some of that ability to get upto speed super fast. Today especially I got a 1:06.7 on my 4th lap, then had to get the patch video live then did that session after to get the .5. It's funny now because I can't just jump on in a morning anymore either as I take baby tidge to nursery, so like this morning I had to;
  • Get Baby Tidge Up
  • Feed Baby Tidge
  • Do a full systems check at work
  • Film the Patch video
  • Take baby to Nursery
  • Get back and finish Patch
  • Do Time trial

That was all done by 10:30am, small edit then back to work for rest of the day haha. I love this sort of time trial though (Just to get back on topic to) as the cars really fun to drive and because wall riding is not possible it actually makes high speed ring fun!

As always Tidgney your help is greatly appreciated.
I watched your video, then followed you and in 3 laps managed a 1.07:614. Less stress at my end as my baby girl is now 32 and completely independent from her Dad 🤭😂🕺🥳

This is my kinda car! Grabbed the Mazda and the whatever that French thing is, then stopped by the Chevy dealer. Snatched up one in Silver, Bronze and White. Slobbered my colors on the white and took it out to HSR.
Was barely into Gold range on second lap. Did another 18 and shaved some tenths. No red laps. We'll see if it holds up for gold. Since I already broke tradition and ran a TT on the first day, I may break it even further and run it again. Just cuz.

As it's thursday crappy setup up day I tried the Camaro, against all odds it's kind of a surprise how the car handles that power, and its definitely not as bad as I thought it would be....

The high speed ring itself is as bad as I remembered from the LM55 trial...
This is not realy grabbing my attention.
I'll try to get a sub 7 and run like the wind 🤣

Now that's my kinda Time Trial! I literally could keep going round and round that track with that car! The two Camaros are sleeping for the winter, so this scratches a bit of that itch (but makes me even more impatient for spring!). Got a best of 1:06.802 this session - and honestly, I'd have kept on going, but given I went an hour longer last night, I figured sleep is probably more important. :lol:

I probably will come back to it, cause it's just flat out fun.

I've done many laps on Sardegna A but never in reverse because I believe that a race track goes in one direction. Thankfully, I have time to work it out... question is, how much further do I go once I've beaten the gold time?

Getting into the 1:06 is going to be a real struggle,
watching the replays of the top guys, they seem to have a lot more rotation than i am getting on T2, Last corner is a pain to!

@Tidgney mentioned something along these lines as well. Fingers crossed for you buddy! Haven't tried it myself yet. I didn't find the time to play the last couple of days, and I still have to catch you in the Subaru ;)

I had the impression that the slightest squeal of the tire plays an important role.

Braking or acceleration with a delta of 1 tenth of a second is immediately punished.

mmm, i'll check his guide then, maby it is a thing again afterall, Calster fast as always, so it is possible, i believe he is still on the pad..
( would be a nice addition to the GT7 site if the inputs would show :lol:

DG EDGE allows to specify its equipment, but it works on a declarative basis... nothing can be deduced from it.

Well my fear was genuine it seems....

Below Calster his lap, and observation between the controller and the wheel

I always thought he was on the pad, but seemed to have switched to wheel, no idea when but my "though" fellow PAD user isn't no longer amount us 🤔🤣

Not giving this one very much attention if I can't even get the same amount of steeringinput ...
