Well, yeah. We have a so-called “friend” who hates the Nordschleife (you can't say that smoother) and is also a huge fan of Spa Francorchamps.
This “friend” has a remarkable knack for sensing (no idea how) when a race at the Nordschleife is coming up, and then either going on vacation or convincing all of us to go to a race at Spa instead. 🤬
This time, he pulled off his masterpiece. He lured half of the Titans IRL to the 6 Hours of Spa this weekend to escape this TT. Me too! Either I’ll jump in the Porsche next weekend or I’ll miss it.

I love this “friend” (let’s call him ****fast) anyway. 😽

But Titans will jump in anyway. As a precaution, we’ve left those who love the Nordschleife and “slow cars” (being aliens for such combos) at home (@330_D .
and @rheinaoi -enough pressure? 😉)

Id be delighted with this one 10 years ago and if i had wheel , I did 2 laps with my ds4 9:52 is my time, idk , car is very balanced so I think I have at least another 10 seconds there...

What a beautiful car it is, and it handles so nice!, but almost 10 minutes is just to long, same as last time, but it handles way better than I expected!

But it will take some real time to find the speed on like every corner 🤣🤣

Love the 'Ring - not the GP circuit!

As an aside: as an expat in Germany I was about 4-5 hours drive from the 'Ring, I had a lightly tuned 2008 2.0 turbo Audi TT, my fiancee bought me Touristenfahrt (Tourist drive) voucher for my birthday... the years went by and I kept postponing till I got "better brakes/fuild"... and I ended up moving back to NZ never having been on the 'Ring .... but I go back every couple of years. Just need to convince my brother in law to lend me his car

Will give it a try over the weekend. Hopefully aliens don't drive that gold bar too high by that time!

I then proceeded to lose 3.5 seconds from then on though 😆.

Great car, always enjoy the track but alas, I don't have time to keep on doing 10 minute laps. After two I was 3 seconds off Bronze but I just don't have the time for this week's. Give me a Group car and I'll be done quick. lol

Christ those are always incredibly unpleasant. I had several laps the car's squishiness invalidated at ~7 minutes in.

I at least got myself into gold (at least for now) with a 9:47.999, and probably room to improve once I setup my laptop next to me and watch sections of @Tidgney's video and play that bit of the track. I only remember small bits from watching it this morning.

Someone at Polyphony is a sick, sick individual.

Well, not exactly the hottest take. If memory serves me well Akagi is incredibly quick at Nürburgring in particular and I think he's won TT’s there before (feel free to double check anyone with apt tools or time).

Incredible combo! I didn`t test this car with SM tyres other times I already used this 911 because using as stock is very enjoyable, but with SM the car felt very good too. Too much stable, but keeping the typical snap oversteer under braking from old 911`s.
I felt a bit suprised whr I did a good lap but noticed that it`s near from Gold limit, and that`s why because the Alien Akagi that put some seconds below the 2nd place, but I believe it will not up to 0,17% from his lap, I hope so...
The only problem is that this TT demands a lot of available time to improve the laps, as you`ll need 10 minutes for that, considering you don`t invalidate some lap. Available time it`s not what I have...

I am a bit baffled, it says my car has 519PP where did u get the 541PP from? The cars running the tires set n the TT.

Up top, showing your current vehicle. It shows it as having 541PP.

On the TT page, it says 519PP, since it'll adjust that automatically.

Ahh yes doh ofc!! Yes the car has been mildly modifed since I bought but it wont run that PP rating in the TT will it?
I'm not sure what tires i had on before I did the TT.
