Wait, what? Since when photomode actually shows wheels spinning differently
For me it would always just render accordingly to car's speed and blur all the wheels in the same way, ignoring stuff like burnouts, when rears spin much more than fronts
Is this something new, did they change it recently?

Oddly, I don't recall this ever being an issue. Here's a shot I took in GT6 with the handbrake engaged, and you can see the rear wheels stopped while the fronts are still spinning.

Here's a shot I took in GT Sport. Not very obvious, but the rear wheels are spinning quick from a burnout:

There isn't an option to recreate this in Scapes, sadly.

If it helps, I took the Viper shot by mashing the brake pedal right after the car launched from a burnout. It keeps the front wheels slow and rear wheels fast for a very long period of time if you want to try it out for yourself.
