I bought the ingame power pak 2ce Because I thought I bought the 5mill pack by mistake so I bought the power pack again making shure it was the right 1 this time. But got nothing both times.. Where did my money go and how do I get my money back, and what did I do wrong???

I didn't ask if you owned a PS5, but if you owned the PS5 version of the game. If you're playing the PS4 version of the game on PS5 and haven't upgraded, it likely won't work.
The next obvious one is did you buy the Power Pack DLC from the same game store as the region for your game disc/download? If you have a US region disc and you're logged in from an EU account, you'll buy the EU DLC and it likely won't work with that disc.
When you say it's "not working" and you "got nothing both times"*, what do you mean? Can you describe what's not working, or provide screen captures showing the issue?
*The credits are added to your in-game balance automatically, for reference; if you check your in-game wallet it will show you have 10,000,000 Paid credits from the two purchases
I have the PS5 version of the game, a ps4 disk with a upgrade. I have a EU game disk. I made a mistake of buying 5mill credits becouse its confusing when you folow the ingame link. So i made shure that the second buy was the power pack. From the last buy I got nothing. I'm shure of that. When I click on the sailing ship in the game I only get to see the video.
When you make a PS Store purchase you are emailed a receipt - even when it's a free item (annoyingly!). Do you have a receipt showing a Power Pack DLC purchase?

I found the buy was never compleated, it is still in the wallet of PS store. Can I activate it there? Its the same place I bought te upgrade for GT7 PS5, Is it the right one I mean. I bought it from the link inside the game.
