Some pictures from this week Japanese Clubman Cup 550 on the ride of my pick, a tuned Civic R-type LE (FK8). Used the night to dawn transition at Autopolis to snap some long exposure shots. Exhaust backfire spitting it out is really something to behold 🚀

The tunnel one from your set is simply brilliant use of composition and lighting. Beautiful 😍

Racing at Yas Marina at sunset always offers a good chance to snap a few pictures with such a mix of natural and artificial light show in the backdrop, so I took out my #10 Manthey Racing ALMS '26 for the WTC800 weekly challenge and quickly browsed through the replay. Bonus points for the livery matching main colour and accents against the building led lights, beyond the fact that it replicates a real car racing in that circuit.

Great livery colour matching! (and getting the planes flying over). That lighting is very good.

I never seem to get round to doing weekly challenges as always other stuff to do and I run out of time. I must try and remember to do some first but I am still trying to build my car garage up as sold quite a few off for a few unique cars I wanted.

Other than doing Time Trials, the weekly challenges usually provide a good prize payout (Cr. or cars) without having to do grinding to fill your bank account. And most of the times, the variety is fun. It's true, though, that sometImes real life compromises prevent me from finishing them before the deadline.
