Tyres are RH
Use the med rpm turbo
Fully racing gearbox
DIDN'T USE racing brake discs ONLY racing pads
Also brake balance was -5
And the gearing is as above , don't ask how i did it 🤣
I usually closing the gears and then fixing the FG .

I know @ROCKET JOE have enough time now( after his retirement) so might give it a try to confirm the title : a new Monster is born 🤣

Enjoy it guys .

Hello ! I test it tomorrow.
Thanks to share your tune 👍
After saw your leaderboard, yes,
A new monster is born 😅

If I find the time ( after my retirement ) that you assume me to have, I'll gladly test the Audi tomorrow - it's always a pleasure to get such an offer. I'm sorry but I don't have another standard 600 PP car to suggest right now.
All I have is a little swap monster that I built today. Could be interesting for @johnson_57 and his Espace F1 - here is my 590 PP rotten Mini-offroader on RH compound :D :

Talking about the Espace F1 : Is the car capable of winning the WTC 800 events ?

You was close to make the unbelievable under 8 minutes with the dinosaur Rex .
As about retirement maybe i misunderstood an older post of yours.
Have a good day mate in crime.

I Haven't tried it on 700 or 800 events. I Don't think it will do good because of it's high fuel consumption.
On the Tokyo 600 race using automatic transmission you have to switch to FM6 to do a 6 lap stint.
Using manual transmission will make it better but I don't by how much.
That V6 is thirsty when producing 1040hp.

Swapped Espace is fast enough for LeMans 700PP and Tokyo 600PP, with FM6 and short shifting as said by @johnson_57
Maybe LeMans 800PP on easy/mid difficulty. I think you'll struggle at hard with the fuel consumption.

Forget about Sardegna. To thirsty + not really the track to let it's good points shine enough to hide it's weak points...

Am waiting your feedback mate .
Always a pleasure to share , eating with company is far better than eating alone .
Hello ! So, I have testing your tunes for the Audi TTS for WTC600 and it's, like you said yesterday, a rocket 🚀
Your tune is very very good, congratulations 👍👏
I have modify your tune myself to have a better feedback with my style and it work fine too 😅
It have small difference than you : weight, power and suspension.
I finish Interlagos like you with a 24sec gap !

Well well, Smoothie, I'm back from testing an Audi TTS '09 at Interlagos. I enjoyed it ! ;)
First of all, I could not replicate your car perfectly ( Aero parts, wheels ... and that Greek language, my oh my ) but I'm sure I got very close. And I attest you've built a very good, neutral handling and stable car, which is astonishing after a mere look at some settings.
The car's behavior under braking is a bit tricky at times, I admit I haven't yet understood ( and mastered ) completely.
Maybe the most important thing though above all is it's a real rocket among the standard 600 PP cars. It doesn't feel like that while driving but lap times speak a different language. Well done !

Proof I was there :

So finally, I gladly confirm : a new Monster is born 🤣 !!!

Say what now?
I was talking about the original non-swapped RS4 V10 engine / car.

Confirmation EDIT

@smoothbore12

As for my retirement, yes, it's true, it's actually fact. However, I still got a lot of work, a lot of trouble, time consuming as it ever was. Right now I'm busy with the glass fibre wiring of the house I live in, fighting with the TELEKOM and others. Tomorrow we'll have their service here and if I won't participate in the upcoming weekly challenges, you know what's happened ...

The VR38DETT swap.
Sure, but all road car engines are thirstier (duty cycles, etc) so it's a weird thing to do if you're concerned about fuel economy... plus the Espace F1's V10 already has cheaty impossible torque. Also that reminds me I haven't updated the engine swap list for the most recent update. Oops.

My go-to for any WTC600 race except Tokyo East is the Radical SR3 SL, which is way too much in relatively standard form at 585PP, as it proved here too:

Am double glad since you enjoy it @Xtremrider591 .
I might be on the average side of players, but i always enjoy to share things and not keep ot for my self .
The extreme settings isn't all mine , i just copy some settings from a guy on YouTube and make some changes since was for 700pp on RS tyres.
It worked and that's the interesting part .

@ROCKET JOE thanks a lot for confirming the new born baby monster .
I always count your opinion.
If you find something let me know , kisses son of a beach from Sandalia country*

PS
Sandalia refers to Germany since is very common to see Germans wearing sandals and socks at the Greek beaches 🤣 .
Also we use it a lot among Titans that live in Germany .

I for my case wasn't.
I just buy a duplicate for every new engine swap, tune it and try it out at one of the grinding events. Or at least a time trial at one of those tracks, or a top speed run (looking at you Chiron swaps )
But I understand that some people, who maybe don't play a lot, want to know if x car with y swap is worth the millions needed...🤷‍♂️
In this case the Espace is a 1000hp+ beast when there is no fuel economy in play...

@johnson_57 @DDK-Racing

Thank you both for your estimations regarding the Espace F1. That's been of some help for sure. I've always been talking about the non swapped car solely - I should have been clearer here maybe.

Now FYI

What I did is starting test races in the WTC 700 class ( WTC 600 never was my focus ) and with five of these events under my belt, I think I can generally say that the F1 destroys everything in that range.
Working with the fuel map ( mostly FM 6 of course ) and using RH tires allows you to race without pit stop all around finishing with these typical huge gaps of 30 - 50 seconds. So that's been a first partial success.

Tomorrow I'm going to look into the WTC 800 series. Tbh I don't have high hopes but time will tell ... :)

The week that was...

Brands Hatch | European Sunday Cup 400 | Stock Giulia Sprint GT Veloce '67 with no ABS

Not many completely stock cars under 400pp can win this race with a CRB but this little beast can do it with no ABS. 👌

Special Stage Route X | American Clubman Cup 700 | Stock Charger SRT Hellcat '15

Slipstream is the key for this race if you want to try a stock car 100pp under the recommended PP. Not much action in this race so you gotta do something to make it more interesting. 😀

Interlagos | World Touring Car 600 | Stock NISMO R34 GT-R Z-tune '05

I had a hard time finding a stock car under 600 that could win this race. It took a few goes but eventually the Z-tune made its way to front for a well earned CRB.

Suzuka | World Touring Car 900 | Stock BMW M Hybrid V8 '25

This race\car combo has it all. Fuel strategy, tire depletion, weather, and AI that can ruin your CRB efforts at any moment.

Going for a no pit strategy I had to short shift all the way while making the RM tires last to the end. And getting past other drivers clean proved very challenging at these speeds.

WTC 800 High Speed Ring is another piece of cake, just be mindful of the weather.

Monza with the 296 would be a braking test.

Rest are so-so.

Skipping it probably.

Never did the Fuji race, since when it was added I was in Mexico for 6 months and then it never appeared in the WC rotations, but I'll probably go with the cover car for it, since the Nismo in 700 PP is pure pleasure. When I tried it at St Croix for the GT-R race some weeks ago I was totally blown away

Talking about the Espace F1 : Is the car capable of winning the WTC 800 events ?
I've won the Yas Marina and High Speed Ring WTC800 events when the car [van] first came to the game.

From my foggy memory, acceleration was great, fuel consumption good, tire wear OK / average, but top speed was... meh. My biggest struggles were understeer in slow / mid speed corners and instability over bumps and curbs.

Hmmm, a WTC800 world tour in the Espace F1 might be an interesting exercise...

Espace F1 with its torquey V10 engine is definitely viable for WTC 800. One of the few high revving engines that can be short shifted. Even better when it is on a high speed track. ;)
