hey there. if you look at the first post it has a format that we use for posting records to make it easier on jimmy. criminals wasted, people wasted by others, total legitimate kills, longest chast time with 5 stars are going to need screenshots (anything that's 1st place basically) not sure bout the others..
ex.
time played -- 184:47 - T. Vercetti

that many criminals wasted but no vigilante high score?

Give him time-- he probably didn't look down in the mission section for that record.

I'm assuming you saw his records in the VC book-- he is quite the crime fighter.

I will ask this right away of his 5 star record-- how did you eat without getting busted/killed at 5 stars-- you had to have eaten at least 2 times-- I'm assuming you did it on vigilante-- if not did you camp out at 5 stars for 4 hours at a cluckin bell???

Also, you need to convert your distances to meters-- this book is run by an aussie.

T. Vercetti -- Great to see you here. Just a couple of things. First of all, the first post of this thread is very helpful. It gives you guidelines of what to do, along with what screenshots are needed from each person, and a few other very useful tools. In this first post, you will find a site which helps out with converting Records in feet, to Records in metres (meters). I won't post up your Distance Travelled in Helicopter record until this has been done. Thanks. Second of all, that's a nice record for Legitimate Kills, how'd you manage that? I'm guessing with that number of Legitimate Kills and Criminals Wasted, you've been doing a lot of Vigilante, no? And that's also a very impressive time for Longest Chase on 5 Stars, was that also on Vigilante?

Gambling budget - $122,782,248 - Spuds725 (this one says Money spent gambling in stats--didn't see another stat for gambling budget)
I noted a while back that I'd changed this. I decided to fit it in with how the rest of the Records went. I can change this back if it's an inconvenience.

Thank you Spuds and KM for the way you posted your Records in headings. Made it very easy.

I also placed SuperJump Records amongst the Achievement Records post. It's directly under the other Jumping Records. Thanks to Spuds for that.

Updated:
  • Added new records and screenshots.
  • Added new section to the Achievement Records post: SuperJump Records.

Just added a couple of rules to the first post. I thought I'd point out that cheating is not allowed in this Record Book. Also, you must specify whether you have obtained a record through a glitch or not, so I can determine whether I should place it in the Record Book or not. SuperJumps, of course, are an exception. I also placed that you must specify whether a jump record is a normal jump or a SuperJump.

Updated:
  • Added new records from Small_Fryz and IntegraGS-R.
  • Added 3 new rules to the First Post.

it says i have 2 screenshots needed, but i shouldn't. i supplied those 2 a couple days ago. along with a screenshot for into the country i think.

I looked through, and those 2 weren't in your screenshots. I looked thoroughly. Plus, the Number of Hospital Visits (Most) record was just updated again, so you should at least have 1. I'm 99% positive the other record in the Screenshots Needed was not in your screenshots.

Jimmy what kind of cheats do you mean?

Can you use spawn cheats and still post distance records??

please explain what sort of cheats you dont allow at all

I think he means cheats that directly affect a record-- ie blow up all vehicles cheat to blow up helis or cars to boost those stats or to kill, health cheat so you don't have to eat while on vigilante or longest time with 5 stars.

If you got the stat from using the cheat, then I'd say its not allowed.

The exception being the cheat used for "morphing" (or at least sticking) for superjumps-- Jimmy, you do realize that a cheat code is used to "stick" to the bike for the superjump we've been doing (not Seymours--not that any of us can get his)-- I'm just adding this in case he didn't realize it-- perhaps he won't allow these stats.

I personally don't believe you should submit any records from a save game that cheats were used (except superjumps)-- therefore we could use a screenshot of where the "number of cheats used" stat is supposed to be, with the CR visible to verify cheats were not used if anyone posts some unbelievable stats.

If you must cheat, keep it in a seperate save file....

But this is just my opinion.

I'm sure Jimmy will clarify...

Well, I meant to make it clear that SuperJumping is an exception. Other than that, Spuds has it right. If a cheat has directly affected the obtaining or performing of a record, or has in some way enhanced the end statistic of the record, then I won't allow it.

And I'll re-add your Maximum Insane Jump Flips record if you can provide a screenshot for it, as it's an equal first. This also means IntegraGS-R will have to provide a screenshot. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Updated:
  • Re-added seymour619's old Maximum Insane Jump Flips record.

but I already had a picture, this is all just a big plan to waste out the batteries on my camera isnt it! you must have been planning this for years.

it should still be on my picture site anyway

Updated rankings--

I did not go back and add that #1 for Seymour for jump flips-- (i'd already done the update before I read that)

Seymour gets + 5;

everybody else in that category except integra gets minus 1 point.

I did verify that each ranking pic is updated...

Spuds.

so ya should be integra you have 150 odd hours more gameplay than me and about 100 more than seymour.

Good job intergra :)

Hey, it's still a good feat. You can have 500 hours up, and still not have that many records. A big congratulations to IntegraGS-R and also a big thank you for his large participation here. That also goes for Spuds, KM, Small_Fryz and seymour619, amongst others. You guys make this Record Book look very good, and also make it fun to sit back and watch.

Updated:
  • Added new records from seymour619.
  • Added screenshot from IntegraGS-R.

oh well next time i run vigilante i will just go over lvl 1000, not that hard :D

hard however is 3:50 on military service, damn T.Vercetti

Superjumps--

Max insane jump flips - 12 - Spuds725 [Clip ]

Max insane jump distance - 183.79 m - Spuds725 [Screenshot]
(was 603 feet)

Max insane jump rotation - 11,294º - Spuds725 [Screenshot]

The distance and rotation ones were on the same jump-- I believe I jumped through blue/grey hell on that one-- sorry I didn't get a clip of it.
