What day of the week for this series to race on

Lol, I'm using an orange civic, black wheels #72
 
I'm in. I finally made my car, and got it all finished for qualifying; where I will intentionally run a 3:00 lap time.

Or... can I just choose to start from the back?
 
I'm assuming the race(s) today are going well. I'm sorry I had work this afternoon.
 
I had a great race long battle at deep forest with lacer and someone else, trading places at every corner for 8 laps, I got to apologize to lancer for the 2 or 3 incidents at cape ring, specially the one on the opening lap at the chicane, I didn't get a chance to qualify the car and I'm still getting used to the car and tire combo, but all was good, it was unfortunate that only 6 people turned up so we couldn't see what real parity there was between all cars, but lacer in the VW was a sitting duck coming out of most corners and if he lost the draft he struggled to keep up, I would like to say it was gearing for my car and his but to have a 10-15kph speed difference within 150m of a corner exit where both cars rotated and accelerated at the same point to full throttle, I think next test we could try it at 212bhp,

So the VW is up to par with the other 2 cars then?

No worries about the low attendance. 3 people at least said that they couldn't make it this week, but they will be able to race next weekend.

If no one objects, the season will start next weekend.
 
VW should be good to go. Remember that certain tracks will favor certain cars slightly, it's just natural.
 
im all up for a next week start. too bad i missed this preseason test i love deep forest, however i did have a great time at homecoming.

what was the average lap times here?

We just ran a preseason race at Deep Forest, I am pretty sure it's still on the schedule for next week. I qualified on pole with a lap of 1:22.9, but during the race I was pretty steady in the upper 23's low 24's.

You need to tell me when you're iracing! We need to race each other!
 
We have 5 pretty much confirmed. I'm sure by this weekend we will have more than 8.

It starts at 1 Eastern right? It shouldn't take 2 hours.

It's similar to Autocross, though; one car on the track, at a time. So, it takes the same time as a normal race, purely because there's waiting involved. But, in the end, it's worth it, because I couldn't think of a way to make a more realistic rallying experience on GT5.

Still, just request that you get the earliest lap run time, so if it does run late, then you guys can cross lobbies.

wow mel, we are really heavily booked for today/ tonight/ this mourning, :lol:
Festivities for me start at 1.30am, and if I make it to ITCC it will end about 7.30am,
 
It's not looking good but I'll do my best to make it.
