Welcome to the Vitz Cup! This four race championship will challenge drivers at all levels, from beginner to alien. A spec chassis allows for close but clean racing, and with no tuning required, it's easy to pick up and go.

Schedule

Round 1: Tsukuba Circuit - January 25 - Results
Round 2: Silverstone National Circuit - February 1
Round 3: Brands Hatch Indy - February 15
Round 4: Streets of Willow Springs - February 22


Race Format
Two races per round, Each race is 15 minutes long.
A 10 minute qualifying session will take place before Race 1.
Both races will use grid starts, Race 2 will use a reverse grid.

Estimated Timetable
11:30am ET (GMT -5) - Room opens
12:00pm - Qualifying (10 minutes)
12:15pm - Race 1 Start
12:30pm - Race 1 Finish
12:35pm - Race 2 Start
12:50pm - Race 2 Finish

2nd: 22
3rd: 20
4th: 18
5th: 16
6th: 14
7th: 12
8th: 10
9th: 8
10th: 7
11th: 6
12th: 5
13th: 4
14th: 3
15th: 2
16th: 1

Race 1 Pole: 1

51 Points are available per round. Each driver's lowest weekend score will be dropped to allow flexibility in schedules.

To sign up, make a post in this thread using the following format, and tag me (@LancerEvo7) in the post. Races will take place within the GTMSA Driver's Club, you will be invited to the club once you join a GTMSA series.

A couple of questions:
- are we allowed to change the brake balance?
- driver number: font type E doesn't exist. Type A to type D only

This needs a 5th round at Bathurst! I could make that also :P
 
I have a room up for a bit of testing, you can find it in the Club Lobby of the GTMSA Driver's Club. We'll go through all four tracks most likely.

Am I too late? Or is the room still up? I don't see it in the club lobby...
 
Sorry one more question about time. Does the lobby open at 11:30 Eastern (GMT -5) or 10:30 Eastern (11:30 Atlantic, which is GMT -4)?

Officially at 11:30, but I'll likely open it a bit early if I'm not busy. Timezone error on my part.


I'm hoping we can get a few more people by Sunday but with these races being rather short and on small tracks I think we can get away with 5-6 to start out.
