GTP Avatars ('built in' section)

I don't usually care about these sorts of things, but I am finding it kind of amusing to see all my avatars being used by members here.

I wanted to point out that the vast majority of available avatars in the Options area were created by me about a year and a half ago. I think it's really cool that you guys use such a wide variety of them and I enjoy seeing so many of my creations being chosen.

There are quite a few that I made just because I wanted to, not because I thought anyone else would like them. Come to find out (over a year later) that they are actually being picked for use. It's fun for me (:

I want to thank Jordan again for adding them to the main collection and make my suggestion again that I made long ago. Could you edit the members page to include the avatar? I thought that was really cool and adds a "face" to the name.
 
Well, thank you also for creating some of them. I was going to work on a 50-'tar set to send to Jordan to load onto the site, but I never got the time...

I did them in ... seems like 30 count groups. I ended up with something in the range of 640 it seems like. It went faster when I was doing themes and had Image Ready setup to just wizbang through a template.

As a matter of fact, yes. And that's one of those ones where I thought to myself, "Hey, pretty picture. I'm gonna make an avatar of that. I bet none of those car guys will care though."

Actually, it used to, up until the new GTP came out, if memory serves. I liked it better with the avatars. 👍

Yeah, it was my suggestion at that time as well.
 
GTP would kinds not be cool without avatars, so thanks for the ones you designed (and to all others who did the same) :cheers:
 
AltF8 created a few of them - the smaller ones that have clips from the entro movie. There were a few others that I believe Jordan made to launch GTPlanet with.
 
And Pako made quite a few as well...I liked about 90% of the avatars that you could choose when you start out...Really nice ones in there.
