Can you check, if its not working I'll try again.

Thio, ur pm box is full!! ur the last judge for this challenge and we don't know where u are!:irked:

I am sorry you guys... Thio delete some pms i cannot pm you...

Technically this is only part one i thought... to determine a time that an exhibition drit lap must be under in order to qualify...

THe first round is done scoring... i have posted a time which i think is fine for an exhibition lap to be done in as a second round... hope that suits your needs...

can u post the links to the vids so i can see what breaker's vid was like?

I saw The Prime's video. I can't believe the results don't reflect the fact that he went off course and didn't drift every turn. I'll give if THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT that this is a "Racing Drift" but from the idea i would expect drifting on all corners (racing DRIFT) and you must be on the track at all times (RACING drift) or u are disqualified like in time trials. His time and speed was the result of not drifting to gain more speed and in my opinion if that is not taken into account what would stop me from grip racing it to earn 10 for speed?

Anyways, I'm a good sport about it but would like a recall on the speed judging because speed was gain from not taking drifts where he could have and cutting through the grass.

Besides all that, good run.

I believe that his speed was the result of cleaner exits than yours... note that this is purely my opinion and does not reflect the opinions of other judges...

His venture into the grass was a dislpay of a lack of control ( his only one IMO) and did not aid him in his speed in any way... If you look closely you, breaker, always drifted after the exit of hte turn... this is a general no no if you want speed... the point is to dirft enough to get a good exit angle and such... Also it was not required that he drift every turn... he drifted every turn except for the two or three in the beginning where drifting is of no use... that was the logic behind my drifting... Anyways there is no point in arguing why we judged the way we did... we all did this seperately and while we all came up with slightly differing scores the results were as shown on the first post... if you have a dispute do not bring it up here in this thread... and please do not argue with me or any of the other people who judged... we did so to the best of our ability... i will be adjusting the racing drift rules as a result of this battle... making more standarized and such... if you wish and prime agrees you can have a rematch after i am done...

It's cool. Good battle.

dude, don't be a sore loser. I won fair and square, because I was penalized for going off course (by at most one body width for a fraction of a second durign the whole replay). If you wanna add time for that, it would be rediculous to add 1 second cuz i would barely hafta adjust my line, so if u do that I still beat you by 4 seconds.

I don't know what ur talking about with respect to grip racing. Maybe u don't know what race drifting is. If not, don't criticize me for something you barely know anything about. If so, your race drifting knowledge needs to be recalibrated. I'm sure the judges (who's combined knowledge is hard to protest against) knew the definition and they apparently agree with me.

Here is a quick definition of race drifting in case u didn't know. Race drifting is also known as 4 wheel drifting, where all 4 wheels are a little above full traction, which implies oversteer or drifting. This should be done with little or no countersteer.

If I was grip racing, as you so boldly stated, then the view of the controller would betray this (I would be turning into every corner with full steering pointed towards the corner. But if you took the time to look at my steering icon before accusing me, you would see that I barely touched the wheel during every corner. And when I did steer, it was always countersteer (except at the end of a corner where I hafta adjust my line).

If you need someone else to explain this to you, then I hope the board members will stick up for me after watching the replays. I don't know why I'm taking the time to explain all this to you except maybe its cuz sore losers piss me off. Instead of taking the loss graciously, you accuse me of cheating. Whether you like it or not, I think the vast majority of members of this forum will agree with me, and you are gonna hafta face the fact that you lost by 4 seconds to a guy using a controller.

I'm not sore about, You won the battle and congrats to you. I wanted to clarifty my feelings about what was expected. I didn't accuse you of a grip driving the course. What I was explaining was if I were to take less drifts would it result in any loss points towards judging? because in the score I would get a better time, my question is would I get a 10 for speed then?

I did not mean what i posted to provoke any arguement... i think the only practical way to view this is the very first racing drift challenge that caught me off gaurd... as well as all hte judges... no one knows what to look for... i am in the process of writing a better set of rules for such a challenge... under those rules... i would have needed the analyzer info... and the faster one would recieve a tem while the other would not... and their score would be relative only to the faster person... where you lost hte battle was obviously in the time breaker as well as speed... but that just served as warning light for most judges that pointed out a flaw in your race drifting... you drifted after hte corner... you did not exit the corner straight... i am positive that that is where you lost this battle...

I don't understand this, why do the links not work to the videos? I want to see them.:(
