This is something that tripped me up when I first noticed it had never been polled here before. How has the classic GTO never been done, in almost 1300 polls? (The '68-'71 has never been done either) Anyone who thinks everything substantive has been polled already and we're stuck talking only about no-name cars here is clearly mistaken.

As for the car itself, easy SZ. It's probably my favorite muscle car. My Granddad used to own one, although it was sadly before I was born.

Gets namedropped in my favorite Ramones song, so auto-SZ.

Also the whole mid-60's MURICA in a nutshell thing it has going on.

I accidentally voted cool when i meant sub zero. Anyway, these things are awesone. Maybe Im a little biased because my dad just bought one. Easily in my top 5 favorites, and maybe even number one for me.

I accidentally voted cool when i meant sub zero.

Thanks for telling me, I'll make a note of that for when I calculate the results. (Although the fact that all 3 times something like this has happened under my watch have been on cars that I've nominated is starting to feel odd)

That's awesome about your dad too!

Back in the day when I wasn't properly educated in the world of muscle cars, though Challenger is sub-zero, until found out about this hot coupe. Since then I love this car. Was so happy to drive '65 in ProStreet!

Sub-Zero. This muscle car is the car definition of "awesome" and "sublime." It has more than a "cool factor." The one in the opening post looks sweet! I love the royal blue color and the clean chrome accents.
