Uncool for one reason; the drivers of these things fall in line similar to the Civics from the same era. A bunch of boy racers that like to ignore traffic laws while buzzing fart can exhausts.

Perhaps it's a functional modification.

Hear me out here; these cars predates the VTEC era. Imagine being the owner of a riced Honda where VTEC didn't kick in!

The amount of piping needed for a rear mounted intercooler would provide enough lag to simulate a B16B swap.

All the CRX's had those chimneys. All of them.

Also, this one isn't around anymore. The registration doesn't exist anymore, and seeing how this was registered in the late 90's, it probably had a short life in the Netherlands.
