Sub-zero because this car was such a huge failure that it makes it very cool in my eyes.
 
Automatically meh because I can't be bothered to hate it enough to care. The car really doesn't deserve any fame from notoriety and should be condemned to the dustbin of history.

You can't be subjective about a purely competition vehicle. It's either good, bad or average at what it does. There's nothing 'cool' or 'uncool' about the ability of a tool to get it's job done.

Unless they are truly iconic, such as Senna's MP4/4, F1 cars cannot be cool.

It's not, at least as far as I know. I pulled up the most obvious looking picture of that layout and then linked it. Although Ford had some whacky engine designs.
 
It's not a Ford engine. It only looks as comically large as a Modular.

I'm so conflicted about this car. It's like an embarrassing story you tell to your friends, it might be funny, but embarrassing yourself isn't cool.
